Also to note refering to the role SAMPLE (note in caps) in a closed game is a scum tell. However, I do find it rather hard to think that their could only be one zombie at this time. Think, if we get lucky and lynch the zombie lord then we would not have much of a game going. However, saying that by a sample pm is not as towny (in fact it is slightly scummy) if you go by the logic of the game, or by the flavor text... I have played games (plz, don't push me for links because I don't have them) where the sample pm had to be changed, and the info in it was wrong...

@tate, uhhh check your inbox and see if you got a role pm, I am pretty sure it says somthing along the same lines as that. And the point of the RVS is to vote for a player, not for a role, or for a funny sounding name which is not in the game. I think that it is best not to vote at all if you want to do somthing like voteing for zombie lords. Also why do you seem slightly edgey in your last post?

We usually start with a bunch of semi-random votes at the start of the game, to break the ice, to get reactions from people, to get everyone talking. Early random votes almost never result in an actual lynch; that's not really the point.

Well, you completely ignored my vote, so I figured you might have thought it was random or something.

I didn't get this Kort tell thing against Zazier, though it was explained already that Zazier posts a lot and this shtick thing that I still don't really get.

The thing that bugged me about your post, and it might have just been the way I read it, but the apparent disbelief you had that there could be a scum tell in the "random voting stage" bugs me.

It's not so much that I don't think there could be a scum tell in the RVS stage, I was just curious as to what it is/was. As stated before I don't believe I have played with Zazier before (or if i had it wasnt a game i finished) so from his one post to say it is a tell by Kort's got me curious.

Wolf posted once after CooLDoG's post and once before his post. It's like he was testing the waters for a CooLDoG wagon, saw that there may be support warming up after I posted, then hopped on the wagon.

Also, perhaps to better explain my play: this is my first large game, I'm used to smaller ones. 11 votes to lynch seems like so much to me right now that I'm less thinking about using my vote, trying instead to get a better feel of things.

I didn't vote Zazie for lurking, which he hasn't done anyway. We've always random voted each other. One time, we did this and Korts voted me for "schtick voting". Zazie called his vote that, so it reminded me or Korts voting me for the same thing. It was a joke that only Zazie was meant to get.
