4.5 - Her points are in my first post I voted for a lurker and FoS'ed a guy asking for mass name claim at the start of D1, That isn't a case, that isn't even analysis. So yes her points are useless/nonexistant.

Wow. Apparently you ignored the part WHERE I EXPLAINED IN DETAIL JUST WHY THOSE ACTIONS WERE SCUMMY! You can dismiss any case like that. "All he said was that I was consistently wishy-washy, flip-flopped on my top suspect, and was counterclaimed as doctor. That's not a case, that isn't even analysis."

I think my case against you was pretty strong for a case from page two. (Unfortunately, the nameclaim debacle wasted so much time that we didn't move past page two cases.) Voting for a random player while FOSing someone you claim to suspect...and then unvoting afterward without moving it to your suspect is a pretty huge scumtell. Because it's an inconsistency, and it implies you're not interested in working out people's alignments.

It's also something that hints at a possible partnership with either Heliograph (the latecomer you didn't vote for) or Kinetic--particularly since Kinetic refused to state what he thought of you and pushed Heliograph instead of you.

But I won't deny that it was more to get things moving and test your reactions. And your reaction was...to disappear under pressure and wait until the nameclaim plan distracted attention from you.

The moment, popular opinion shifts from "Nameclaim bad, and Kinetic scummy for suggesting it," to "Nameclaim good"...so does your opinion. (Unfortunately, you're not the only one guilty of this. *glares at Bogre and TheInquisition, who have apparently disappeared along with Miserable at Best*)

Also, somehow I doubt the real cop would go along so eagerly with a mass nameclaim. Particularly if your character name hinted at your role.

Chapter 2: Tyrion

Tyrion walked from a brothel, staggering. He'd had too much to drink and he damn well knew it. Still the day had been unproductive and despite the promise of gold he'd got no where in discovering who had been responsible for the death of Robert Baratheon. It was nearly night now and time to go home and get some sleep.

'Damn tight lipped fools, someone must know something' he muttered to himself. Damn it was cold. He should have brought that red-haired whore with him. She was good. He laughed at the thought of a drunk dward and a whore walking back to the palace and the looks they'd get before shaking himself and continuing.

He came out of the alley when suddenly someone grabbed him by the soldiers.

'We have the dwarf' he heard the guy holding him shout. As a group of people enclosed in around him now, staring, watching him.

'What the fuck do you want Tyrion asked, confused as he was pushed up against the wall.

'Shut the fuck up' was all he heard in return before a fist came in contact with his jaw. Stunned he tried to reel back but the man was too strong and he held the Imp in place.

'You've been asking a lot of questions, Lannister, maybe you're worried someone knows what you've done'

Tyrion blinked, feeling the blood run from his mouth and spat it to the side. 'What have I done this time' he asked utterly bemused, and shocked at the punch that had nearly knocked him out.

'Why you helped kill the King, you little prick, and for that we're going to kill you'

With this the man stepped back and withdrew a dagger from his belt knife.

'Any last words to say?' the man asked.

'It wasn't fucking me' Tyrion hissed.

'That's what someone involved in Robert's death would say' howled a woman from the back, and with that the dagger was thrust into the heart of Tyrion Lannister. Tyrion laughed then, at the injustice of it all. Born a dwarf, never loved, and now killed while trying to help. He laughed, as he lay there, bleeding to death.

And so the crowd had dispensed justice for the day.

Alas they'd chosen wrongly, for the man they'd killed had been a good man. He'd not been involved in any scheme to kill the King. In fact he was trying to help.

So lay dead

Ned awoke with the dawn. After yesterday's bloodshed he had hardly slept a wink. He missed the North. He was too old for all this politicing. Too old to play the game of thrones. Still duty held him here. Duty and loyalty to Robert.

He turned the corner nearly colliding with a servant.

'Ser, we've found a dead body out by the gates' the servant said urgently.

'Lead the way man, hurry up' Ned said and followed the man outside.

Another body. Just great, can't the Hand of the King have one day without murder and bloodshed. Just one. Fuck. Hopefully it was just some drunk who'd tripped and broke his neck, but what were the chances of that?

The servant stopped suddenly and Ned nearly walked into him.
'There he is ser' he said pointing to a very obvious corpse a few feet away.

Ned bent down and flipped the body over. No it couldn't be. Ned reached down. The man had Cold..hands (:P). There lying dead underneath him was Syrio Forel. His throat had been opened with a sword. He was most certainly very, very dead.

'Bury him' Ned said. His face was stony. That was two people who he knew that had died, plus what had happened the the lannister Imp had been horrendous. Ugh, there was nothing to stop it by this stage, he just hoped they'd start hitting those responsible.

So Night 1 ended.
