Ugh, DGB and her eagerness to lynch strike me as utterly scummy, but I rather see what happens after another night.

In my role pm it doesn't say "you are vanilla townie". However, I have nothing special, and thus I assume I'm vanilla.

Vote: No lynch
Taking a long break from mafia games.

Hmm okay. That I can buy however having to ASSUME you were one..doesn't mesh with what I've got.

I don't want to enter pm territory though as I'd prefer not to get modkilled, lol.

Day 5

No-one has died.

With 6 alive it takes 4 to lynch.

Sorry for the delay, I forgot to post/reopen thread.

Can we lynch someone now??????

No. No-lynch is a better idea. It is in fact, the best play to achive a town win condition.

What don't you get? Our chances to win are higher if we go with a no-lynch.

Let's assume the following:

9 towns, 3 scums (balanced, and lack of kills outrules third party).

We are currently 6 alive, that means 4 towns and 2 scums. If we mislynch, we lose (3 towns 2 scums enter the night, 2 towns and 2 scums begin next day, we lose). We have technically speaking 2/6 chances of hitting scum.

If we go with a no-lynch, we go 4 towns into the night, and we, if there is a kill, next day starts with 3 towns and 2 scums. We have technically speaking 2/5 chances of hitting scum.

Last time I checked, 2/5 > 2/6, and thus, we have better chances of winning if we no-lynch.

Clear?

Scum already no killed to get to 4 vs. 2 twice already. Going through the cycle again just seems to be wasting time to me.

Well, still, it's the best option. Why would we hand down the game to scum?

Also, scum should be playing to win. And no-killing trying to reach a happy ending is not playing to win. Just saying...

We're not, it still means we have to lynch scum correctly, I don't see your objection, or how it's going to help us win by no lynching.

The worst thing about no-lynch is that it leaves DeathSauce still alive.

It was worth trying the no-lynch in case scum were required to submit a night kill. Clearly, they weren't (unless we still have a doc hiding among us, in which case now is the time to claim).

Whether we should lynch now or no-lynch depends on (a) if you consider happily-ever-after a tie rather than a loss and (b) if you do, whether you think we have a >50% chance of lynching scum today.

Why a tie? What's this tie business? Seriously. DeathSauce is still alive, and that, my friends, is a crying shame.

I'm still up for a Goofball lynch. His vote-hopping yesterday should be reason enough.

I think we have a much greater than 50% chance of hitting scum.

vote:DrippingGoofball

Seriously DG, if you want me lynched, start giving some reasons other than that I am alive. Trying to convince everyone by repeatedly saying "DeathSauce is scum" isn't going to cut it.

Speaking of reasons, why were you so merciless on Fuzzy for lying about his claim, then when he finally admitted he was lying, you completely backed off of him? It looks like you're pushing and pushing for a lynch and then letting the town do your dirty work.
