If a player picks up a prod but doesn't post, I will generally announced that the prod was received, but that I am prodding again since they haven't posted. If they still don't post after that, I will replace them.

Scumhunting and debating every element of an argument are often one and the same. Because eventually, someone will slip up and try to cover their previous lies with false logic or a circular argument, and when they do, an experienced scumhunter will be ready and waitin' with a hammer and nails.

I'm rather new to this neck of the woods and have not been able to fully read through the topic yet. But I have skimmed the last few pages, and imo you are looking rather suspicious! But I'm leaving Konowa's/my vote as it stands until I have time to catch up and read everything.

No CMAR's quote clearly indicates he thought it was "b". I missed Reck's "promise to not lurk this game"; he clearly meant "a" when I made that post. Honestly there wasn't anything in bv's post to hint whether it was genuine ("Take a look at my last few games") or sarcastic ("I think I can get away without posting entirely on D1 here"). I thought "b" was as equally likely as "a" from the wording of his post, which is why I said it was debatable.

I have tried not to escalate things. I keep in mind these people are more likely teammates than enemies. I keep in mind that there are 22 players. My priorities are in the right place, imo.

I agree that quote wars like this will lead to contradictions, but that is natural even without alignments, people contradict themselves all the time. We're not worried about contradicting ourselves, it's going to happen. But making ourselves the center of attention isn't how we find scum, and I think it's likely to cause more misrepresentation and misinterpretation, if only because of the format.

-Your refusal to answer simple questions is anti-town and scummy
-Your attack on me and later on Reck are completely senseless
--The attack on me is also very hypocritical
-Hiding your hydra components could be a defense against meta
-You have lots of hypocrisies and contradictions (many of which may be weak tells)
-Return to your original crap-attack while refusing to explain or defend the attack.
--Clearly no interest in scumhunting.

Playstyle relevant:
-The lackadaisical attitude towards making sense/playing rationally
-Hiding your hydra components is a discourtesy to all the other players

I considered holding off until tomorrow to shoot with more info available, however a combination of 3PO's posts, my guesses from HP's feeler attacks, and my upcoming V/LA have changed my mind. That plus Han Shot First!

-HP's post reads like scum trying to discredit the person he sees as the most trusted or one of the most trusted townies. When his push fails, I suspect I'd be among his top NK targets.

-I will be V/LA from April 23rd until May 2nd. Since the day goes beyond that, I initially thought it wouldn't be a problem. However, I don't want this game to stall and die, and I don't have any night actions so I don't really care if the game goes to night while I'm away. I'm pretty sure shooting 3PO is the way to go from here; there's a good chance he is scum, if not we get info on the people on his wagon. Scum are forced to WiFoM about killing me or not tonight.

I'm not going to claim whether my power is one-shot or not, but I will say that if it is multi-shot, I will follow town's will on future days (obviously not going to shoot myself unless it is guaranteed to catch scum). For today, 3PO is my target of choice, but if someone makes a REALLY good case, I will consider it.

Where am I saying something that is "really reaching"? I didn't even suspect WS and I barely suspected Kast; I didn't (non-random) vote either of them until recently and I've never said I was very confident they were scum. I haven't stretched anything.
