votes for glork for bugging him and does his miller claim after 2 other people. I don't like that mention of 3 millers in the last game comment as almost a confirmation of it being possible without showing a link.

For the record there was three miller claims in the game insane 1
1 was a death miller and the other 2 were regular millers.

I was too lazy to get the link (yes, I realize it was as simple as pulling the game from my Wiki, itself something I haven't bothered with in a long time). Also, I think the expectation of bastard modding is itself confirmation of the possibility of three millers.

Very simple: because I couldn't pinpoint exactly what I found scummy about Glork, only that it had to do with the argument he was having with SocioPath.

I simply am not in the habit of claiming roles right off the bat, simply because it's not beneficial for most of them. It only came to immediate mind when the other miller claims were coming in.

Actually reading the first few pages of insane you said pretty much the same thing on claiming there. Did you reread the game?

I'm leaning town on the two people you mention here. As for scum other than SocioPath, I'd probably draw a couple lurker's names out of a hat (I know, I don't like LALurkers, but I perceive an activity disparity between the players that's making the game drag). I have a neutral or no read on everybody else we don't mention right now.

You know me, farside22. LALurkers is one of my "last resort" things, and this was a "last resort" thing.

I want your input on Kai at this point and your views.

Kairyuu is usually one of those very good players (capable of breaking the game if you let him!), but I don't see enough of him right now. Other than leaning town on magnus_orion and somewhat less so on DGB, you quoted what I think is everyone's alignment as far as I can determine.

Pretty much conceded. Even if I should have done a reread of everybody, I honestly don't see much other than the three-way fight between SocioPath, Glork, and me, so I looked at Snow_Bunny in ISO to see if I found anything good.

this flavor speculation rubs me really funny. Its like sort of a fluff post, it's reaching for night action information and flavor information without saying a whole lot. Fos: leech for this.

I wasn't doing either of those two thigns. You have people claiming miller, when in a normal game would have a much different meaning than here. I'm trying to figure out what people are claiming. Moreso, I'm really unsure of what claiming "not miller" is supposed to mean. In order to actually form an opinion on a situation, it's best that you understand what the situation is.

Well, after seeing how many people are claiming a miller-esque role, it doesn't. I'm not familar with this setup, and I'm actually a bit confused to a few terms floating around. In a normal game, I do follow the "lynch all miller" policy due to the constant wifom that claim presents. However, it appears that in this game, it's not a standard miller role.

please explain when this happened in pyp4? I don't recall someone claiming an ability early in that game. I recall scum fake claiming at L-1.

That's not what I meant. You and Chaz had this long dispute about calling something a null tell, but letting them get away with it. It was a point that really didn't really need to be disputed, yet went on for quite a while as a distraction.

He's flying under the radar fast in my view and I don't have the link to the search engine on this computer to determine his posting elsewhere or not.
He gives me a funny feeling and I think I need to reread pyp4 before I can decide where I sit with him.

If you read my non-newbie games, you'll notice that it takes me a while to "get into" a game. I don't know why, but I have a hard time feeling it at the beginning. It was the same in PYP4, UK's last game, as well as Weeds recently, all of which are in my wiki. Though, recently I just haven't had much time, I tried to declare V/LA a few times, but the site refused to let me post. I should have more time from now on, though.

Other than what I already said, I could see Leech as scum, especially if Glork and SP are both town. Mod voting is cute, but probabilistically anti-town, he's framing SB's play as scummy when it is null at best via meta IMO, and he's lurking.

Why don't you show me where I'm framing SB's play as scummy? You stated that SB always plays the same and she's never turned up scum in a game with you. I responded that she does seem to play the same way in the games that I've seen her, and she's been scum in a game with me acting the same way. That's not framing her play. That's pointing out that your meta read is inacurrate by providing you with the information of her acting the same way a scum.

I wouldn't say I'm lurking as much as I've just been strapped for time. This shouldn't be an issue any longer, so the second point against me will work itself out.

I'm going to do another quick-read over this thread and try to get some more content out soon. Too much has happened since I've had time to dedicate to this game.
