There's obviously more than one scumfaction here. That's what I gather from both KoC's description of the game beforehand and the kill choices (Nightson at least).

If Spyrex does indeed flip recruited/werewolf, I'd hold little value to his dream depending on the state he's already in, i.e. already recruited or still not-yet-a-werewolf.

And, as asked before, I'd also like crypto to explain the DNA on chronopie's body. If he's got an explanation, he should give one instead of stalling.

I guess I need to map out the kills and what factions have claimed what (and what, by nature, doesn't make sense).

So I may be wrong about it not making sense but with a Merk flip alliance kills are BAD for the vamps in general - it weakens any strength he had in the position.

Which means we've got some weird interaction - because you can be guaranteed that the poisoner is a.) not town and b.) not part of the alliance.

AS for the new issue on the table:

Dry-fits dream (note: not dry-fit who is still awesome and town) doesn't make sense on the surface level.

The other dreams mimick standard abilities: thus far, we have cop-style investigations.

Dry-fits dream would ALMOST be a track but it doesn't give who visited me but gives WHY they visited AND what faction they are? Rigghttt. I think we done have us a night-talker and I have a theory but we'll see how it all pans out.

Note: I'm not a werewolf and I haven't had any PM's that would insinuate that I've been bitten at this point which should have happened if this was a N1 dream.

So, things that need to happen in the near future:
1.) Compilation of dreams per night.
2.) Compilation of kills and flavor and which ones have been claimed by where.
3.) Kise coming in and saying what the hell is going on for 100% sure (cryptos response is town as hell soo).
4.) Deer, easjo and Lowell eating bullets. Lowell's 985 reaaly hurts the brainstem.

The alliance as a group is anti town, Proof is in the fact that their was and possibly still is scum in it.
Just because I think the alliance is anti town doesn't mean I can't believe the validity of your dream.

Okay, look. I've only read the first few posts on this page but I'm getting pretty frustrated with the continual BS so here it is in plain, exceedingly comprehensible written English:

I did not visit Chronopie. I've been getting scum vibes from Kise for a while now, and I've also been wondering if there was more to Fate's initial post than we (or I) originally thought.

With that out of the way, there are four explanations of the dream mechanic as I see it (not mutually exclusive):

1. Most obviously but in my opinion least likely, the dreams are a role function of the players who receive them.
   
2. An investigative role sends results of night investigations to another player, either by choice or at random.
   
3. The moderator sends information to a player each night, systematically or at random.
   
4. One way or another, the dream mechanic is unreliable.

If Kise is being serious then evidently there's a twist on the dreams, which, depending on how they work, may or may not confirm Kise's alignment one way or the other. I know option B has been used in other games; if that's the case here then it means nothing. My scum read on Kise stands either way.

In other news, easjo's persistent opposition to the alliance makes me cringe.
