Aggressive much? This is a mix between a statement and a joke. If people wish to take it seriously and lynch SK then Parama gets town cred. If people want to take it as a joke then they find Parama more light hearted and happy so more townie like.

Finally, I know a few people have at least touched on the subject but @all- How much do you know about Mars Volta that may be helpful in this game flavor wise. Personally, I know next to nothing about Mars Volta.

Doombunny9: The reason I pre-inned for this game is because I love The Mars Volta. How strictly Seraphim stuck flavour to the abilities and roles I won't begin to speculate on. If scum were not given fake claims, they'd have to know their stuff to fool me.

I know a good deal about Mars Volta since I own every album they've made along with the Tremulant EP, and I've listened to their At the Drive In stuff as well as Omar's solo stuff. But as you mentioned, I suspect that the scums were probably given claims right down to the T. Thus, I don't think we'll be able to gauge as much from people's claims as we might be able to in some other kind of game. The best thing to look at will most likely be in-thread behavior.
