Really? You're trying to deceive the mod into thinking that Chevre and Empking actually voted for me? Chevre's vote is on Theif, Empking votes is on Theif as well. Neither of them have votes on me. Either you're skimming or you're using deception to get rid of me.

I did move too fast. I was thinking Thief and, yeah. Kind of Freudian, I lumped you two into a scum category and swapped your name for his. ^^

You clearly thought it was a hammer back there, that's a bah post if I've ever seen it, yet you didn't help us out by saying "Go for [scum suspect] tomorrow". Why not?

...lemme double check. I mean, I swear we had the hammer, but mod's triple-checked and whatnot, so who knows.

Nope, son of a gun. Pie called L-2 clear too soon.

It's misinformation, sure, but I made the error myself. Bah. Still, SSBF's reaction to the non-hammer was totally a scum reaction.

SSBF: Super oops. For some reason I thought Post 26 was an OMGUS by Deer. Never mind.
All this adds up to Jag lying about his suspicions which can only be scummy. Post 92's "Yeah, I look scummy but let's talk about someone else..." is icing on the cake.
You are certainly correct in the scumminess of this; however, I've somewhat discredited Jag Johan posts as we weren't exactly sure if he had a language barrier/trouble understanding the game.

Deer
has decided to
drop out of the game
. A replacement is in the works.

The sleepless town was jerked into action by a massive explosion shortly before sunrise; running to investigate, they smelled a faint aroma of bacon. Following their noses, they discovered it was coming from RealityFan's charred corpse, lying inside a smoldering crater where his house once was!

The town discussed eating his corpse in order to discover if it tasted like bacon as well as smelled like it, but one townie noticed a fine layer of high-grade explodium residue dusting everything in the crater, and the notion was called off.

RealityFan
was a
Townie
, Killed Night 1.

The town looked among its gathered members and realized that Empking had not smelled the delicious bacon scent. Dropping by his house to alert him to the delectable nose buffet, they realized his olfactory senses had a very good reason for malfunctioning; he had been shot through the crotch at close range with a medieval cannon.

Empking

Townie
, Killed Night 1.

The non-Mafia kill- I would expect a vig to kill Thief or someone that actually came under suspicion (if anyone), so I agree with the hypothesis that we have an SK.

There have already been a plentiful number of SKs in Minis. It's absolutely Normal and absolutely plausible.

Frankly, while I've tried to find ways to find tells specific to SKs, I've failed miserably at that. Since scum is an overarching category of Mafia and SKs, I go by just that, scumtells. No big deal.

So. Anyways.
Vote: vibebox.
Especially in light of his shameless Thief bandwagon, I find the connection between him and RedStar to be the most interesting feature of the game so far. Day one, he spent his time hiding behind RS and buttering him up. So, I'd like to pursue this and see where it goes.

Any SK speculation is completely plausible. No competent vig would shoot either of the two bodies that turned up tonight. Does anyone think the night scene flavor suggests vig, anyways? Mod listed the deaths as "house blown up" and "shot through the crotch with a medeival cannon," neither of which scream protown to me.

Anyways, I'm very much of the opinion that we should be massclaiming. No mini with a probable SK should go more than a day without a claim.

To be fair, I tried to get a Wagon on Thief Day 1 as well, so at least I'm being consistent in my shameless wagoning.

I'd be pro-claiming with a game state as fucked up and hard to care about as this.

@Pie: Please provide some specific examples of what you feel are my scummy interactions with Redstar.

Vibe, frankly, you haven't been helping much with the fact. Feeling sorry for yourself isn't an excuse.

@Pie: If anything- massclaiming is a disaster if we have an Investigative-class role. Since we have established ourselves as rubbish scumhunters by Day, perhaps concrete information learned at Night might help us pull out the win. Then again, I don't know if they exist, but as long as they may, I'm hesitant.

Also, with two kills, we'll definitely lose the rest of the powerroles in a flash. Maybe it'll confirm town, but at the same time, promptly dispose of them, and be useless come LyLo.

I just don't like the consequences of it.

Why does it become *more* dire with an SK around? I'm not following that.

Vibebox: From my catchup post after replacing in:
Pie wrote:-Decently-sized scum read on Vibebox. I have two independent points here, both of which hinge partially on his admission of being experienced. The first is minor, and it has to do with his "Let's Contribute More!" cheerleading posts. They come across to me as forced and telling the town what they want to hear without, y'know, contributing more himself. The second is bigger, and it's that I've noticed significant buddying with Red Star. He doesn't start seriously attacking Jag until Jag goes after RS (and he revives his attack a bit when Jag later speaks ill of RS again). He also spends a decent amount of time entertaining RS's question string and meaningless ISO. One of the first things I thought upon reading RedStar was that he's your standard Logical Rampage type player, and if I were scum it would be very easy to get on his good side by entertaining his contributions and letting him play the role of Town Captain. I see VibeBox doing exactly that.
I'd like you to respond to that.

@Yabba: With two kills a night, we're potentially very close to LyLo. Assuming 2 scum 1 SK, mislynch today + no cross-killing = 6 alive, 3 of which are scum. This isn't
exactly
LyLo, but it's close.

Similarly, cop results become much less useful when the politics of three factions (town, scum, SK) need to be taken into account.

Really, REALLY disliking the speed of this wagon. We certainly need Thief to claim, and we need to decide whether or not we're massclaiming before we can even think about a lynch. Plus I'm all up in Vibebox's business and I'd like the time to keep doing that.
