Fact: I was backup Little Sister.
Fact: with Coyote's death, I became fully-fledged.
Fact: I was not informed of any link with a Big Daddy, despite a Little Sister always (with the exception of Eleanor Lamb) having a bond with a specific Big Daddy.
Hypothesis: Kise was the only true Big Daddy, Coyote was the only Little Sister.
Further Hypothesis: Soras is either backup Big Daddy hoping to draw a kill (highly unlikely) or scum who claimed Big Daddy hoping that Kise would assume it was a ploy to draw him out and leave Little Sister unguarded.
Note: We are still unaware of the precise powers of a Big Daddy. Assuming soras to be clear because a Big Daddy has flipped with no power definitions = highly dangerous.
Fact: You have claimed backup to a role that base flavor all but guaranteed would be in the game.
Fact: Red Coyote is dead and you haven't said anything about what that change actually DOES.
Secret Fact: This is ridiculously important and it not being stated is awesome.
Fact: Having links was never supposed by Red or Kise. This would have probably been something that would have came out had it been the case.
Fact: Kise, after Soras's claim of Big Daddy doctor never voted for him.
Fact: Soras claimed day 1.
Hypothesis: Kise, being a Big Daddy, after seeing soras's claim of the same, in not voting him ever lends serious credence to soras at least having the mechanics of the role right. As there was no way aside from true mod chicanery for him to know that at that point this means the mechanics probably wasn't obtained through sneaky means.
Problem: Two Docs? I dont know what I think about that.
