So what is the process for mods to find replacements in newbie games? Should I just PM the newbie at the head of the queue and ask if they want the slot?

Something like that, yeah.

OK, Oraltis has completely disappeared, and pacattack didn't respond to my offer to replace into my game.

So I issue an open call for any newbie to sign up to replace in Newbie 143. We are still at start of day 1, so it won't be much different from joining a brand new game - but this way you don't have to wait for it to start!

(Or may I replace a newbie with a non-newbie?)

You can replace a newbie with a non-newbie to keep everything running smoothly, especially since we have an excess of the latter at the moment (Which is great)

Actually, pacatak just got back to me. He'll be replacing Oraltis in my mini 143, so you can pull him off the queue.

Is there a rule that new players can't play in more than one Newbie Game at the same time? I'm in Newbie 137 at the moment, but I'd like to start another. If I'm allowed,

Falcone: you can only play in 1 newbie at a time, but there is nothing to stop you signing up for a mini game as well. Why not
and sign up for a regular mini.

Hey there (first post)!

I've read a few games and I'm even moderating one on a little private forum, but I never actually played. If this is the right place, I'd like to sign up for the next game, or in other words

/in for next game

I hope this is the right thread/ time/ board for this. One last question, how do we will know, when the game starts you've signed up for? There'll be a private message and possibly a Mail, right? Thanks.

Welcome Karo!

This is precisely the right place to begin your addiction to playing mafia. When the game is full the moderator will send you a PM. Most game communications will be via PM; very few moderators use email. I only send out an email if my PMs get ignored!

Wow, great influx! Norinel, if it's needed, I can mod two games.

If there are any newbie games just waiting to start, I'm interested.

Nevermind about the newbie game.
I found one already.
