Working on a more comprehensive post right now but it seems like Butterfly might become too much of a liability to keep in this game in all honesty. Like others have already mentioned, at this point, it's not whether or not his actions are scummy (they are), it's whether or not he's serious about the game or if he understands how it even works.

Don't mean to answer on anyone's behalf, but I have to ask, have you been reading the game thoroughly? We need to stick to productive discussion and not rehash what has been going on over and over and over.

Personally, I'd advocate for more discussion and give Butterfly a little reprieve for now until later today, when there's also other things to talk about.

Bad players create confusion. Confusion is one of the strongest tools the mafia has. Confusion, ultimately, kills the town. Here, I'll give you an example...

And the thing is, this post isn't even taken out of context. As I said in the post you just quoted, the point I made that it might not matter whether or not he is scum, we might need to lynch him on principle. Let it be known that at this time I am not advocating this approach, all I am saying is that it is a possibility. I am more than willing to give him a chance and earn his place back into this game, but what has shown that he is willing to take on the responsibility to do so? He knows he has played irregularly (read: poorly, which he has even admitted) and he still has not faltered or changed.

How could you have absolutely no suspects in the game? Within one day of starting, we already have 162 comments that you could have looked over and you still can't find a suspect? That's amazingly bad.
