just got back from the tournament and i am exhausted. I work tomorrow morning then am going out for dinner directly after that, no content till the evening.

I haven't had much head space for this game today, but I think the Mafuyu situation comes down to risk management. I no longer think we should waste a cop investigation on her or keep her until the end of the game. We could try to hit scum today and see if there's a vig, but if we miss, then it's an even tougher decision tomorrow. D1 lynches are a crapshoot anyway. If we hang Maf today, at least we don't lynch town and we will have more information for finding scum tomorrow. And there's always the chance scum will die tonight by other means.

Sorry I've been flip-flopping on this. Third-party roles make my head spin.

I don't believe Mafuyu is smart enough to come up with a fake-claim and play like that throughout the game (so I don't *think* he's scum) but I wouldn't mind confirmation either if we can get it.

I don't want to say what breaking my post restriction has done. It doesn't directly affect anyone but me. If there's enormous pressure on me to state this, I will, but I'd really rather not.

I don't see how the Mods commenting or not commenting on my having broken it matters either way.

Mafuyu finds this comment odd for someone that's invested so much effort in to D1. It's strange to throw away an entire day's worth of analyzing people just because Mafuyu claimed a third-party role.

Mafuyu is also interested in asking the following: MS, are you buddying up to Mafuyu because it will also promote Mafuyu's win condition? If so, why is MS posting so as to take heat off of Mafuyu? Your posts at the beginning of the day are different than your latest string of posts desu.

Because lylo not withstanding, your wincon, if you are in fact a Survivor, does not interfere with Town Wincon. I see no need to go 'THIRD PARTY!?! OMG! DIE'. As long as you help the Town win, I see no reason why you shouldn't as well It's dickish at this point in time to say ' oh well, die regardless'.

You may be lying about your claim, or you may not be, but for now your fooling me, and therefore won't get my vote at this point in time.

Survivors are anti-town in end-game; solely due to the fact that mafia *can* claim in lylo and say if you don't vote with us we'll kill you tonight (which is 100% against the wincon of a survivor; and you have to assume that they'll play to their wincon).

I would hope that we could have a vig; but with the commuter it's a 50/50 shot to kill them or waste a pro-town night action. This is the only logical point that I can see to lynching Mafuyu now; and I'm slightly surprised that nobody has brought it up.

I have no idea where the votes are at, but I don't mind lynching Mafuyu; but I'd still rather go after BC/Buttonmen

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. When you factor in that she claimed that she could commute, and that there may or may not be a doc still in the midst of the town, that would be fool hardy(not to mention ballzy) to say the least.
