Killing Maf now uses up one lynch without hitting scum or town. Leaving Maf alive carries an

risk of giving us one less lynch before LYLO. So, unless we're going to hope for a miracle, we must consider the fact that one lynch is wasted either way and decide which one to use. Later lynches are more important and more likely to be accurate, so it's pretty obvious what we should do. Mafuyu understands this so clearly that she's not even trying a counter-argument, despite her game being on the line. Hell, she's already admitted that she'd side with the claimed scum.

And no, her wagon is not a good place for scum to hide, because they don't want her to die today. If she can live through two mislynches, she is as valuable as any other mafia member. Meanwhile, the most likely alternates for today seem like you and NS. Are you scum? What about NS, better than random? The 'mostly' comment is because: I (NS) don't pay a lot of close attention to shaft.ed in the Guys thread; A) he's (mostly?) straight and B) he doesn't say that much anyway. The 'mostly' part is my interpretation of his sexuality. Apparently I got it wrong.

Also, bear in mind that my supposed heterosexuality is no longer dissuading them, as I am now as able to be assraped as everyone else now. And I'm town.

I also have a sneaking suspicion that the roles in this game were not randomly assigned. But that's a debate for another day, another thread.

Prove that this type of play is inferior to lynching Maf and I'll switch my vote immediatly. Yes, Ythill, I read your justification-hopping but I'll need further enlightment. for example, in only very specific situations would scum claim in Lylo to get Maf on their side, and even if that were the case, she'd just commute, siding with town. With claimed scum, town would just win. (if we leave the PR and that other stuff aside.). In this situation, Maf, would you STILL side with claimed scum?

HOLY F* WQEIRD DISCUSSION IS MORE TIRESOME THAN WALLS OF TEXT, SERIOUSLY. MS isn't helping but for some reason those posts don't seem scum-like.

Bad thing about NS is that we have no way of guaranteeing (is this written correctly? --') that he's indeed a BP who lost his power. That flavour also doesn't really help. My guess would be that there's something else he lost, or he faked his restriction (unlikely).
