I DIDN'T GET PAST EPISODE FIVE, THAT SHIT FREAKED ME OUT SO MUCH.

Now that that's out of the way, I'd like to say that there hasn't been much discussion about 'claiming' PRs, I doubt anyone's actually opposed to it, most are pretty obvious (mine isn't but will become more noticeable as the days go on.

Also, passing difficult PRs to 'scummy' players may give them reason to 'lurk' because 'their PR is hard'. If someone wants a PR, I say we just let them try it. I wouldn't mind most PRs, although I already have a complaint about mine >.<, though it doesn't hold a candle to some peoples (like SaintKerrigan).

However, the real test that awaits for the bill is the Mod. Experts disagree widely on whether the bill will float or sink, but they all seem to agree that the Mod's response to the bill will make or break it.
