One of the big things that bothered me about Rain was his tendency to indirectly attack his targets. Indirect attacks are scummy because there scum's way to gauge how the town is feeling towards a particular person, and it usually tells them if they can push a lynch through on someone or not. His first example of an indirect comes from an early post of his on day one:
Rain wrote:Anyone could have a number of illusionary scumtells: Nachmamma could be lurking (is that the correct term?), Mirhawk never voted despite knowing full well we are in RVS, Computing has no taste in TV shows (do you really know their theme song by heart? o_O), Mrdean voted and never posted again, Lateralus pitted Orphen and Xite against each other with well crafted questions.
Here, Rain brings up scummy points about pretty much everyone, save Computing. These are all serious accusations (lurking, diabolically pitting players against one another, refusing to take a stand, etc.), but instead of bringing them up and actually asking about them, Rain says "well, these people could be doing these things..." while turning it into a joke so he doesn't actually have to back up any of these accusations. A better example of an indirect attack can actually be found in post #33 where he says that he suspects me and Orphen to be the two scum based pretty much on intuition, then when neither of those take, he switches to Xite, conveniently after Orphen votes for her in #298, I make a comment that she has weak excuses in #302, and Mirhawk attacks her ISO in #308. He doesn't have any reasons for the sudden switch in suspicions, of course."Playing with Nacho is like playing with a religious conservative." ~UncertainKitten

Then, there's his complete and total lack of town reads. It is unnatural for a townie to have not even one town read throughout the course of an entire game. Scum, on the other hand, don't like calling town reads because then they're open to lynching whoever they like. Rain had attacked/called scum every single person in the game, save Mirhawk (which is why I thought they were partners as opposed to Rain's solitary town read). This case is entirely defunct, so throwing this out."Playing with Nacho is like playing with a religious conservative." ~UncertainKitten

My guess was Sleepless. Normally when scum replaces in but don't really have a case on anyone else but their partner, it's scum bussing their partner for town cred. I'd also like to add in the fact that he's pushing my lynch for nothing other than WHEN my case on Rain came into play, which is something that I can't defend against, and is also something that is incredibly weak considering that it has nothing to help back it up.

Sorry this is late. I know I promised it sooner.
I'm not going to pick the case apart as you've already stated that it's not your current position anyways. But as far as I can tell you may have had an actual case on Rain. While I don't agree with all the parts of it that's beside the point. Personally I don't find that case any stronger then the one on Xite. Though depending on your viewpoint you may have been convinced that I was at leastasstrong as it.
All in all I would say that this was too little too late. Your reluctance in sharing this information, coupled with the fact that your attempt to promote this case (whether intentional or not) was at just the right time to draw fire off Xite. More or less means that while I don't really know your scum, I don't trust you to not stab me in the back neither.
Also I have to admit that I don't have any other good tells on who might be scum if it's not you. I could probably throw together a case on any one of them, but none of them would be all that strong.-

Ok the way i see it, nothing is going to happen today apart from the lynching of nacho. Many are inactive for long periods of time, and posts are infrequent. We aren't getting anything done.
If he flips scum, gg
If he flips town, it will become lylo tomorrow, with 3 of us alive.
With deadline coming soon, i suggest nacho start raising any points he has about people, his reasoning's, and who might be scum with xite so that we can use it for tomorrow.-

Scum is either Mirhawk or Sleepless.
And I've been flipflopping too often to be able to be sure which.
I might draw up cases before deadline, but no promises."Playing with Nacho is like playing with a religious conservative." ~UncertainKitten

Sleepless, I'm sorry for ever calling you scum. I'm a VT.
Unvote, Vote: Mirhawk
I am about 90% sure about this vote, and if you'll give me until tomorrow, I'll explain exactly why."Playing with Nacho is like playing with a religious conservative." ~UncertainKitten

Here's the way I see it.
You all think I have the best chance of being scum, and you can't really find any strong tells on anyone else except for me.
I suddenly strongly believe that one player is scum.
So, lynch me.
This confirms me as town, and confirm my suspicions to be true.
Then, lynch Mirhawk based on my word. These words will be coming out of a confirmed town's mouth tomorrow; a confirmed town who obviously want to win the game. So, why not trust me?"Playing with Nacho is like playing with a religious conservative." ~UncertainKitten
