i think we can let chrono alive for tonight and vig someone scummy. i doubt he's scum JOAT and has a 1-shot vig. so there is not much loss if we let him alive for tonight and probably lynch him tomorrow, but we may gain the 1-shot vig from the off chance that he is indeed town.

The only thing I would see worth keeping chrono around would be for the vig. However, if he is scum, its not hard to claim vig kill as scum... That's the main problem there.
Plus, I've played scum JOAT before, so the claim itself does not automatically mean town to me.
