I just reread and I can't work out why anyone picks andrew94 for scum.
Nothing he's done comes close to being a scumtell.
This seems to be a blatant opportunistic bandwagon of the most colorful player in the game.

I feel that andrew's play is making it essentially impossible to scumhunt, in all honesty. I think he's our best lynch for today, in order to ensure our future productivity in scumhunting, once we have more information after the night.

It needs no explanation, it is pretty clear. Those are what I see as the most likely things that are going to happen now that someone has claimed doctor. Since when is discussing the game scummy?

If he didn't die tonight, it would be pretty strong indication that he wasn't the doctor, since with no investigative roles, the mafia would be quite clear to kill him and prevent the risk of losing any night kills (which increases in likelihood as the game goes on). There is always the chance of WIFOM though, but that would be pretty fail.

I don't think the doc should counter claim because andrew might have been role-fishing when it got close to him being lynched (which you can't deny it did). Your logic concerning counterclaiming was very strong though. I don't think it's likely that mafia would counter claim doc.
Realising that, you're probably right and the doc should counter claim. That would expose one member of the mafia. I don't think it will happen though, I think andrew is the legit doc.

I am indeed active lurking. Everytime I post something I seem to get fucked so I'm waiting for someone to do something legimitely scummy. If anyone addresses me, I'll be here to reply, but don't expect me to talk about scum-tells that simply aren't there.
