I disagree. For one, Battousai DID ask him to be nice/say he'd replace out himself. Second, Day 1 is the time to get rid of anti-town players, and right now, andrew is the very definition of anti-town.

I'm inclined to believe the CC. Andrew has been really scummy, and the scum usually won't risk a 1-1 ration of scum to PRs. Due to there being a claim and a counterclaim, it's very likely that one is scum and one is a doctor. Either way, they both die, the scum are short a member, and we're short a doctor. It's not the best tradeoff but it's already happened, so we might as well make the most of it.

Leaving the scum to choose is a bad idea. You should never leave scum with decisions. It allows them to choose what will work best with their current plans. The death of both is inevitable and we don't need to eat WIFOM cake in the event that neither of them die. It's much safer and better for the town to lynch the counter-claimed doctor.
