I think we should neither lynch Zed nor andrew at this point.
if we leave them both alive this night, scum won't be able to kill our doc (since they would expose the fakeclaimer), and the real doc would have one less possible target this night which increases the chances of a successful protect.
I think we should go and look for the other scumbags that are around.
if we kill one of them however there are two scenarios:
1. we lynch scum and lose the doc in the night => this is still favorable, but it doesn't make the most out of the situation, since we lose our protection starting from day 1
2. we lynch the doc, N1 someone get's killed and we lynch scum D2. => this is bad, as we lose a protection for the rest of the game have to waste another lynch on the scum. two lynches on doc+scum isn't good for town.
therefore we want to force scum to kill the real doc sooner or later.
andrew: you sure you are claiming cop, last time I'll ask: if you are town, take back your claim. it's the worst thing a townie could do. (well, technically it's already to late, but late is better than never)
only exception: if andrew or zed should be someones lover, the lover should claim that, since doctor isn't a lover.
