SC, I think you misunderstood my comment about getting a PR killed by nameclaiming in post 71. I was saying that Katsuki would probably end up getting

himself

killed by nameclaiming, and since he is most likely a PR (given his nameclaim), drawing the NK would cost the town a PR.

You said in the linked post that he's most likely scum (or at least a better policy lynch than drmyshottyizsik). Why is it scummy to do something likely to get you NK'd (by a player other than a vigilante?)

EBWOP: What do you mean you know this is not going to end well? That's a rather suspicious statement - how could you know something was not going to end well?

My biggest worry is that I'm correct in thinking him town, but even if he's not, I don't see a lot to go on going into Day 2. I foresee discussion about who bussed him if that is the case, but that's about it given available information. The wagon just built up too suddenly for my liking.

Well, it is scummy if you do something that gets a PR nightkilled, regardless of whether that PR is you or someone else. Given the mason claim, it is not as bad as it once was (Doc Mario should definitely not even claim Mario, same for Cop Mario)

And anyway, I got the impression from your comment about knowing it was not going to end well that you could be a scum who could use that ominous statement on D2 if Katuski is lynched as town (when his lynch appeared imminent) to say "I told you we shouldn't lynch him" in an attempt to earn town points.

Why do you think there is a doc and a cop? There isn't necessarily. And even if you are one, you shouldn't be soft claiming. "In an attempt to earn town points" reads scummy to me Calc. Please respond. Love Mallow <3

No I am saying, for Mario to be a VT is unthinkable for flavor reasons. Most PRs (I used Doc and Cop as examples) would be hurt by softclaiming. The Mason role for Mario, however, still makes sense flavor wise, yet doesn't self-harm as much by claiming.

When I say "in an attempt to earn town points" I'm addressing how SC's statement is potentially scummy (I'm trying to picture what scum-SC might be trying to do in his post that I am calling into question)

So after isoing those on the Kat wagon, I am inclined to believe that is is most certainly being pushed by at least one scum... I use the term pushed lightly. CMAR seems genuine, as does calc (genuine, if not miguided), Gandalf and jimfinn pinge my dar a bit. Gandalf especially... His vote is completely alone in the post with no content, and the only suspicion of kat before that was literally "wtf a claim" up to that point he had been defending kat.
Every post after that minus one has been "flailscum" or some other fluff alluding to scumkat.
