Rereading this really, really screams scum to me. Right after I post my list of people being okay with jimfinn dead [in an effort to actually have people put their money where their mouths were (which they hadn't done at the time)], he pops in very defensively. And the 2nd part pretty much says 'I stopped doing what people thought was scummy, thus I shouldn't be lynched!!!'

Also jimfinn, you're supposedly a town thief who gets flavour results. But decided that flavour investigating gandalf who already claimed a character wouldn't work? Really now? You need to die.

I am a thief who steals a flavor related item from a player without preventing the use of their role. I stole a magikarp from Espeonage last night. Role connection: sneasel using the attack thief.

Sounds like a fake role. You're stealing people's pokémon? You know who else does that? The evil Team Rocket. And what would you steal from Scyther, Gengar, or Ampharos? Hell, what could you possibly steal from "water type"?

It's plausible, but also easily fake-able, and looks hastily thrown together. Claim aside, I agree that his actions have not helped the town.

#725 makes it look like you're trying to say you considered using your power on gandalf but then decided against it because of his character and went with esp instead. Which looks incredibly fake.

I found gandalf and Espeo the two scummiest on D1. I picked which to investigate on the basis of their claim and which I thought would be easier to investigate.

@Jarti(sorry if misspelled) - I didn't really have a stance on him, that's why. I figured he'd come out with his role eventually, and we could see the truth in it. That being said, I would like to see Jim's flip because if he's town, either you or MBF (but probably not both) are scum.

As I said, I have seen little to no scumhunting today, and I feel it would be better for the town to just wait until tomorrow to keep hunting. That way we have more flips. If you actually READ THE THREAD, you would know that.

Because people AREN'T hunting right now. They're squabbling and nitpicking but honestly, how many of us have a strong idea of who scum are right now? Do you? If so, where's the case? I honestly feel like more flips would be the way to go at this point because we've got practically nothing else

Normally, I would think that since you know who all the scum are, you're the best person to do this, but considering your WC, you might be a little biased.

Thieves can't confirm anyone as town. They can confirm role, but not town in any sense of the word.

Well, what I steal should confirm the player's role. What role could I steal from that would result in a role unlikely for scum to have?
