Okay, maybe I have pro weapons bias because he defended me, but I think it is more likely to be Soc I think. He just seemed to be the guy who got away with it on lots of days. Being the second most supicious person that day etc..

Yeah, it's looking a lot like Boberz and Weapons. That's got to be the worst reason I've ever heard for not finding someone suspicious. Almost like it's fake.

I actually said that it was not the reason I didnt find him suspicious. I just said it gave me a bias. I have maintained that the wagon on weapons (ages ago now) built up so quickly that it looked unlikely he was scum. I also have not seen a convincing case for weapons. It seems that people have given up scumhunting and are just saying we can lynch x or y then track z etc etc. Town laziness imo.

Town laziness =/= less of a chance of a wagoned person being scum.

And I don't think our wagon is lazy at all.

Then outline why he is scum then please I really dont get it. It looks like elimination to me, but as I see it there are definately 4 including me with equal odds chance of being scum (Townies) so elimination wont wash with me.

What I see of the weapons case:

Stays on the xine bandwagon even when trying to attack others (Soc)
Rolefish 474 (too obvious for me to see this as scummy, it read
Votes lowell even though he said he is town. - not optimul but not a scummy imo
Going with the flow - not optimul but not scummy imo

All the rubbish about him being scared of a track is speculation and wrong anyway as the parnter would not have let him get away with it anyway.
A lot of everyone's posts seems to be narrowing it down to 4 and making that part of the weapons case it seems like the ultimate mudslinging.

Lowell put NO EFFORT into defending himself and paid the price for it. If you are town, do your part. If you are scum, you're making this very easy, Weapons.

I've said a long time ago that both Socrates and charter are scum. I don't see how you can deny this, though,

Well, it looks like you didn't think that earlier. Let me get this strait:

~You don't like me when I "mediate" and "ask questions"
-and yet-
~You don't like "how my posts have switched"

You've got the worst case of tunnel vision I've ever seen.

Question: Are you voting for me now just because you don't like my play style?

Stating the issue in effect also influences it. If you had gone on doing the same thing, posting something like "I ask a lot of questions in my play," or just ignoring it, it would've earned you town points, but instead, it appears you conformed to the judgement of others, which townies do less because they are less worried about how they look in others' eyes.

We're not giving opinions just in case scum can choose who sends in their night kill. The more we talk about PRs the more it helps scum. End story. Xine, just choose, its cool. Seriously.

Yeah, in the unlikely event Weapons is town, we don't want a planned tracking.

Now, if Weapons is scum, my vote is track Boberz, though I don't think it will matter who you track at that point (though still track one of Charter/Boberz/Socrates).

Something just clicked... Soc has been AWOL from this site for days... his last pot was on sep 29, night fell in this game on the 30th. He didn't go anywhere...and there was no kill. suddenly I have a suspicion as to the reason for the no kill, the killer is simply missing (?) Help me out guys, am I on to something here?

I agree with liking the idea of him getting the chance to defend himself, I don't like the idea of giving his replacement a free pass. as to his play, I will run an iso in a little bit, but I feel like he has been the most shining example of perfect consistancy. He has not to my recolection contradicted himself or acted hypocritical at all. every other player alive right now has. Scum have to be more careful, and because he stand out in that way, I am going with scum read on him. my vote stays, and his 72 hours are up, I am not in favor of waiting on a lynch.

DH, I am inviting argument to that point, and in all honesty the validity of that point is based on a great deal of set up speculation. Do you deny the possablility? Slaxx poited out some set ups that would make my point absolutly accurate

Anything's possible, but I don't think that the no-kill happened JUST BECAUSE Soc is gone, assuming that he is scum. Buddy must have taken it upon himself to no-kill and going with the momentum of Soc not being there and creating the WIFOM.

But like Slaxx said, can we just go on post history scumminess and not stretchy WIFOM?
