Um, if you want others to be tolerant of your homosexuality, then you should be tolerant of others. I don't ridicule people for being gay.

Rule #69: don't call a minority, especially homosexuals, intollerant. You will be lynched, in a rather painful way.

If the only reason you won't vote for mallow is because of his religious beliefs, then yes.

Crazy, I am tolerant of others.

Just because we don't want a homophobe to win doesn't mean we are intolerent. We're the jury here, it is our job to judge.

To judge based on game-related criteria. If someone voted based on race, sexuality or gender, you'd be pissed. Don't judge Crazy or mallow based on completely unrelated opinions for this.
I mean, by all means, come out as strongly as you want against their draconian intolerance or whatever. But don't politicize everything. You wouldn't take political stance into question when voting for Song Contest. You wouldn't when hiring an employee. You wouldn't when playing a game of mafia. Sometimes, it just doesn't apply. This is one of those times.

I think I'll be voting for either Crazy or mallow. Not sure who played the better game, and I'm sifting through the last few pages to get a better idea. Meh.

I would and do for song contests, how else do I choose between two equally good peeps?
I would, again only as a tie breaker though.

First one's stupid. Second one's probably illegal. Third one's stupid, but then that's the whole point of rvs, I suppose.

It's implied. A jury in a court of law doesn't (at least shouldn't) vote guilty or innocent based on whether they share the same beliefs as the accused. They vote based on information relevant to the case (or in our case, the game).

This whole thing hasn't changed my vote, even though I don't have the same beliefs as mallow. Unfortunately for him, my vote wasn't for him anyway.

Does 'fine' mean something different where you come from? It means good or acceptable over here.

I'm not a homophobe. I don't care what other people's sexualities are - people should be able to do what they want.

mallow - You lose my vote for the pure fact that you call me non-sensible. I was still considering voting you (you can ask Reck and dram and Cybele) but since you are now judging what we think - I might just have to vote for someone else who isn't a Moospiker.

The whole point of a true Court jury, is that it is unbiased, and has no third-party interest.

This is not a true court jury, because you clearly are all biased (you all have emotional connections to the game) and a third-party interest (certain people FTW/FTL I.E xReckx not wanting Crazy to win).

So, I don't see why anyone should be forced to vote with a logical and impartial sense. It would be nice, but that's not possible with this kind of jury.

The reason RECK doesn't want to vote for me is because of what I did in the game. That's different than if the reasons were religious/political.
