1.) If it was a gambit, I'm sorry. I didn't realize.
2.) I don't think it was a good gambit. The chances were slim of nobody noticing and saying something before Zero came back to the thread, which would have been sometime next month.

I'll keep that in mind for future reference.
Just to note: A clever player could figure it out himself and BS a response, though. "I'm town, guys" knowing that the vote doesn't count and that he'll be exonerated when it's discovered that he's still alive.

Actually, that's not a good idea. If he bothers to read the last half page he'll know what the deal is and he could easily try to bluff and pretend that he's responding to the last post before reading the rest.
You hear me, Zero? I'm fucking on to you.

Yes, I hear you. For future reference, if you're on a new page with someone you think isn't reading the thread, it's a good idea to still keep the gambit in place incase said person doesn't read the thread. I've already claimed and it's nothing spectacular, and day one lynches are almost always going to be townies. It's better that you caught a VT and not a cop or a doctor.
It's also good practice to lynch a person a day because that kill has a chance of catching scum. The scum's NK has a 0% chance of catching scum. You're better off lynching anyone (besides a claimed power role) than you are with a no-lynch. It's close to the dead line, I'm nowhere near confirmed town, and I have the most votes, so it's actually in your best interest to vote me even if you think I'm town.

I see what you just did there. You are making us fall into a WIFOM trap without really invoking it yourself. Errrggggh.....
How about instead of playing mind games, why don't you tell us who your suspects are and try to be useful.
The whole "it's in your best interest to vote me even if you think I'm town" is bothering me. Why is he trying to get lynched? If he's scum: he's hoping this will make us change our minds about him by trying to sound halfway reasonable. If he's town: this makes no sense whatsoever because trying to be lynched is making us one step closer to a LyLo.

this is absolute fail and is making me feel much better about my vote
If you were townie instead of saying this you would be telling us who you think the scum are so that we leave this day going into the night with the most information you could give us
Something good... something good... You look like SNOOPY and it makes me smile... but you have smelly dog farts.
I'm a girl so please don't call me a him he or dude =)
As much as, given the power, I would BAN Zerofang and Parknourie's IP adresses from interacting with this site, I still think Holycon is a better lynch.
vote: Holycon
And tbh I am all turned around on the votes and I don't know what you guys are taling except that Ellibereth once asked that his vote only be counted at deadline.
I agree that the gambt is useless if other people picked up on it. If the target picked up on it, then they "confirm" themself a townie. Which sounds like a horrible gambit imo.
