I claim Hurley and one part of my role is a One-Shot Census (how does that match Hurley flavor-wise S2, Reck?). I can use it to determine how many pro-town, mafia and 3rd party roles are out there. I used it right away, because....why not? Unless there's some traitor out there who can change sides the amount of anti-town roles will stay the same throughout the game.

makes sense, Hurley did get entusted with making a census in lost of the survivors.. not sure if it was season 1 or 2 though it does fit.

This. Last game MoI whipped out a scummeta on you which was suprisingly accurate. As scum again this game you wouldn't do that twice, hence you would put your RVS vote on a partner.
