assume the kill was true. then nocase would have exposed himself, declaring himself to be a vig or a SK.
therefore, he will likely be first on scum's NK-list in any case.
As this is a normal game, a vig is likely to be a vig and nothing else, so fullclaiming would not reveal scum further information and won't change his status on the NK-list.
BUT on the plus-side, making him claim makes it easier for us to check whether he is really a vig, as a fakeclaim always has a good chance of being discovered. and if he really is the SK, we force him to commit himself to his claim right now, without giving him the option to choose more conveniently later.
the reason why I suggested a SK was that we should be aware that that's a possibility. I feared that we would have given him a free pass for the rest of the day by trusting his potential kill.
also, it is not in any way a distraction from scumhunting, since (still assuming the kill was real) we could have excluded with almost 100% certainty that nocase is scum. Therefore, considering his scummyness is not an option anymore and we need to check for other malicious intents, namely being a SK.
