proxying your vote to someone is giving them control of it, its normally not officially done.

It's also an easy to prove role since I can announce who the new consuls will be before the next day starts.

If you are telling the truth please don't do this. At this point we are likely going to just kill one of you 2, but really, don't do this.

Pretty good feeling one of our Consuls is scum, based on reactions to the counterclaim, and Primate may be as well. If one of Jack/ribwich are scum, Primate for first of all bringing up the possibility both could be town.

Primate suggesting they are both town is very inline with his usual play I think.

If 1 of you is lying town you need to come clean. If no one does the only think I can assume is that one of them, as scum, read the setup wrong?

Actually, I think I'd rather just explain my thoughts so others can see if I missed something.

Tonight, if Jack is Consulmaker, he makes ribwhich and someone he thinks is Town the Consuls. If ribwhich is Consulmaker, he targets Jack and someone he thinks is Town. D3, we execute whoever of Jack/ribwhich turns up as Consul tomorrow.

.... doesn't that give full power of the day2 lynch to scum?

Not interested sounds more like he doesn't care how the groups are created than that he opposes the suggested methods. We should be working on electing tribunes though. Primate is going to be 1, whos going to be number 2? I suggest InHim Lowell and Myself as reasonable choices.

My suggestions were based off the quality of player I know them to be more than their alignment in this game, its day 1 I don't expect to have solid reads before the votes need to be in.

Mert, the consulmaker is the one that makes consuls, and also the only one that knows if these guys are both scum. Why the fuck would he make one a consul even if 1 DID get 'confirmed' to the rest of the town? Plus 3rd consulmaker, if you exist, make someone from each group a consul. Problem solved, now lets get on to killing you(or electing tribunes w/e).

The danger inherent in one of them being made "confirmed" isn't that it would fool the real Consulmaker (obviously this wouldn't be the case) but that it'd sufficiently fool someone who was made Consul enough to at least hesitate before executing him.

And why is that more likely in this game compared to a game with normal mechanics?
