OK, temporarily done.
had my last class on thursday. now i have a paper for sunday, test tuesday, take home project/test due on wednesday.


but wow that was some fireworks.

shea, i request some flavor from that claim.
knee jerk reaction i want to believe him.
we shouldnt need an extension, dec 28 should be plenty of time to get an initial lynch.

i dont see coug coaching, shea is an experienced and a very good mafia player. im sure if they were partners he would have been the one telling coug that he was going to claim day one.
now coug playing town and acting like hes helping the town is possible.

somthing about EtherealCookie thats not sitting right with me.

but i agree with coug right here, i dont see it helping scum any more than town. if you think its helpful enough to know that your miller then its just as helpful to claim everything.

I'm not convinced that CooLDoG is scum and the reason I unvoted EtherealCookie is because I think he's acting pretty pro-town now. That, to me, leaves it as a tossup between AntB's indecisiveness and Thestatusquo's reluctance to nameclaim after claiming miller right now, but since Thestatusquo has said he's not going to nameclaim unpressured, I think I'll get what I want if I VOTE: Thestatusquo.

Look at my play, ignore my claim for a second. Do you think I'm scum. If so, why? If not, why are you voting me?

good point, but it sounds like it could be a 3rd party plot claiming early; scum dont kill you because everyone will be suspicious of you. imho it gives you a couple of days to achieve your mission before the town turns on you.

@AntB, I'm KFC, That’s Kentucky (shamefully my home state) Fried Chicken. They are famous for their
"Double Down" which has slabs of greasy chicken instead of bread. Totally unhealthy. Actually considered to be one of the most unhealthy places to eat in the U.S.A. Do a quick wikipedia and you will see what I mean. It does match my role pretty well.

really was that necessary? we all know that our roles and flavor are tied together, there was no need to blow your load on page 6.
flavor claiming day one is just as bad as claiming miller and not giving flavor day one.
i also dont like the bread crumbing that going on here.
but right now i just think hes just playing bad not scum.

@raj/inhim, why is it bad to ask for flavor of an already claimed player? Really, what is so bad about it? How is it negative to the town, and how does it help scum?

i want flavor. so its not bad. i do understand him wanting to keep it hidden since he has been pro town so far. i wont push him until he acts scummy or the other scum leave first.

i understand Cool's logic, ive gotten into that trap before.
hes scummy because he wont claim, he wont claim because he hasnt done anything scummy.
yes it was the correct move to come clean early instead of waiting for a cop claim to come guilty and outs both of them.

ok, what if shea claims his role, and one of us townspeople actually have that role. we counterclaim him and then the next night a confirmed townie dies.
its better for him to use his role to try to trip scum up when they claim.

why arnt you in the possibility of being scum. as the cop neighbor you could be scum neighbor. pretty sure that is a more likely possibility since i did get two guilty results.

i revealed that i was a cop night 1 when inhim was in the game.
night 0 GW and i said hi to eachother. i wanted a day to feel out my partner in the game before i told him i was the cop.

@magua i apparently have cameras in my pizza boxes.

@lew i was given an innocent result. so unless there was a redirector or a godfather.

on the possibility of inhim being scum. i think its as possible as me giving up two scum back to back and the second one i came up with strangecoug. now tell me what is more possible,

1. i am scum N1 i fake claim cop, volunteer to give up purpleorange, N2 i come up with investigating strangecoug and then out him the next day for inhim to lead a charge to get him lynched. but then conveniently stay off the wagon that would have cleared me for the rest of the game.
2. inhim is scum after hearing me come out as cop he then uses me to investigate people. knowing that i wouldnt turn on him.

honestly its probably #3 we are just paranoid innocent people. but the only reason why i did because suspicious of him was that he thought #1 could even be a possibility.


i know the batt innocent result is questionable since there might be a godfather but since we have 2 shots to get the last scum i think magua is the first shot. inhim was so convinced that i should investigate batt last night and now you are ignoring it, give me a break are you some kind of lyncher?

the first post does say healthy and inhim and i do know eachothers role. and both roles are pretty unhealthy.

i am really going to quit the site if you all lynch the neighbor confirmed cop.

1) AntB lynch. I wasn't on it. I was on the SC wagon, which I'd been fomenting for most of the day.

2) PO lynch: I wasn't on it. Why? Let's look at the timeline:

OP posts 7:12pm in #474.
IHSIB hammers at 8:11pm in #479.

You find this scummy.

3) SC lynch. I was on this. I wanted SC lynched D1, and gave plenty of motivations for it. I suggest you read my ISO.

ITT, it looks like you didn't actually look at anything because none of what you said actually applies to me.

1) you didnt need to be on it since ant played so badly. when a townie screws up his role, scum doesnt need to do anything. being on SC early could be distancing.

2) its not like he was L-1 he was at L-2 so you could have voted for him. not to mention you refuse to even comment on the purple wagon before he even comments.

3) now the choice for strangecoug we have lew adding a vote early, might be distancing. inhim then adds a vote from my lead. then magua adds his vote. you think that your putting him at L-2 and you make sure people realize it. had it not been for the quick lynch you could have had plenty of time to change your vote after a claim.

ok i think that a scum doc protects verses poisoners. it has to. why put a scum doc in if there was nothing to save against?

and i think a godfather could help weaken my role. remember that there is no doc role.


it might be wifom but this is one reason why i have a hard time thinking that batt is scum. he could have easily ridden me getting an innocent on him and lynch magua. but he questions the set up and wants us to balance it. balancing it forces me to recognizing that there is a godfather and that he is no longer confirmed.

so in reply ro lew i think that it is possible. in a game with no confirmed roles all of our roles can be wifom so why cant there be a cop and a tracker with no doc to protect either. not to mention that a miller and a godfather screws up the cop.

now on the idea that there would be a doc cop and tracker... thats my point having two weak investigative roles along with no protection balances it.

@lew very wifom. magua could have kept me alive since i was the "easiest" to build a case on. me picking magua was because he was next on my list. i had to say something so i could let inhim know my results and i didnt want to show that i knew that SCoug was scum.

killing the cop at night > killing scummy raj who suspects one of the members

also i would like to see how many people really believe that the game is balanced without a cop. we know that there is a scum doc. and the tracker is a very weak cop. and there is no doc. and then there is a miller.
if there is a miller doesnt that mean that there should be a cop? a tracker wouldnt pick up the miller.

dont forget the first one you need to add a mafia neighbor. that is not balanced. miller can cause a mislynch. and the mafia doctor can save 1 out of the 3 people at night so lowers the chance of town killing scum. and then a scum neighbor could cause town to not look at him since that is a weak 'confirmable role'.

still miller doesnt effect a tracker. it only effects a cop. and a tracker has to track the person that made the kill thats a 1/3 chance of getting that right too.

We won. KY Krew for life. I was paranoid as all hell that CooLDoG may have poisoned someone else and we were absolutely done for if we didn't find the poisoned one.

Buddy, I never once REALLY doubted you, I just had to play nice for the town out of Magua/Battousai. I swear I've got your back for forever and a day beyond that.

looking back i should have gone with my gut on the last investigation on magua, once he was cleared innocent then i would have came out 100% after batt. but its a little frustrating that you (inhim) have me use my investigation on batt but just ignore it. and it threw me for a loop that inhim claimed his real role when the whole game we were talking about keeping me hid.

if i didnt play my A game, magua would have lost it for the town. and the same for you inhim, you brought your A game too.
i know magua will have to come back and argue but you lied about your role and then you started a crusade against the cop and used your power to kill him.
