Yes. You speculated openly about how it would be terrible for scum to get failsafe when you know you had it, then tried to hatch a plan that would confirm your choice of power but not alignment. None of this has to do with whether you are scum or not, even if I buy your breadcrumb.

I think Snake is probably town, because I had a pretty solid town read of Jed Cooper.
I think SocioPath is actually doing some scumhunting, which is quite nice. That says nothing about his alignment, though, as we are in multiscum.
I'm suspicious of SpyreX, but it's not anything I can really put my finger on. I think it's the willingness to sit back and let Fate have his way, while calling out his targets. It bothers me.
