I have no characters that I care anything about at the moment. It makes no difference if we want to go Horde or Alliance, but we may want to wait and see if they open up new servers.
If Horde, my preferences:
Goblin Hunter
Troll Druid, Resto/Feral
If Alliance:
Dwarf Shaman, Enhance/MOAR ENHANCE
Enhance is AWESOME as long as you don't really care about raiding/intancing. If you do care about these, you will probably be pushed quietly into Resto if at all possible (like me!)
Also...feral druid as in bear or kitty? Important difference.

Also, Troll women have evolved much differently than men. I really don't understand this evolution process.
But troll cats look fantastic. Seriously, if you're going to roll a druid, roll a troll druid. Goblin Shaman for the same reason (awesome visuals on the totems).
The earlier comment, I find if I turn *everything* down (except draw distance, which I have on Ultra), I can play it on a wireless connection.

this. this. a thousand times this. Also Utgarde Pinnacle is fine the first 30 times you do it, but after that....new instances are welcome. Hopefully we won't get another HoR or Oculus.

What kind of guilds are you guys in? On my old char/server I used to be in a small social guild; now I'm in an even smaller guild which is just people I know irl - there are only 4 of us. It's good because I like them and I don't have to deal with idiots or pigheads or ninjas, but it's annoying because I want the new guild rewards, and it is soooooo slow with just us working towards them. After 3 weeks or so, we're 6% of the way to level 1. Of 25. Anyone got them already?
I'm in a guild of 20 people. Together, we comprise of the most achievement points on the server combined in comparison to any other guild. Sort of like a SWAT team of achievement collectors lol
Haven't touched my Priest in a few weeks, though. Mostly play on my Rogue or sometimes my Hunter - my Mage has also become quite boring to play.
My Rogue is in a very small guild I randomly got invited to, my Mage is in a guild with some old IRL fans from NY, and my Hunter is in the same guild as two of my co-workers.
If you don't know how to lie, then how do you know when you're being lied to?
No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible.
the guild i'm apart of has a lot of members and is made up of my friend, his brother, and their friends. Its rather social but i have yet to find a twat on it.
My guild is made up of the cast and listeners from the big WoW podcasts of 2008-2009 (two of which are still going to my knowledge), very social, with enough *leetness* to get involved with high end content (short of raiding).
I just enjoy the game at the moment, progression is aweesome, and the death knight I'm making seems like it'll be fun to tank while also having awesome lore. Troll Druid is def my next choice.

Each of my chars is in a different guild (although I think my rogue got gdropped while i wasnt looking), but I tend to like active raiding guild because well...I love raiding. Love it, love it, love it. Hate pugging it. Sadly, I got gdropped from the awesome raiding guild I had been in when I went latent for 2 months and still haven't gotten back in.
On a side note, Reck, are you going to update the OP at some point with the new info?
So I'm a complete newbie who's just downloading the trial now. I wouldn't be adverse to accepting help and advice for these however long it is.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.
