I think that fate is scum. Firstly from his interactions with toogeloo. Considering how well fate knows panda, I doubt town fate would have had the motivation to drive it to the point that it reached.

Then consider his statements when faraday launched the nuke. Stating that I should claim/nuke immediately is extremely scummy coming from fate. He would know better.

I can say with a fair degree of certainty that fate is scum.

Reading through IS, a kill for fear of immediate nukes would def be launched by Percy/Fate. One of them needs to get off my TOWN list. I glazed over Percy after his massive wall.
