It's essentially role fishing. Town doesn't need to know the extent of my power. Scum would like to know. If I still have more shots and I am suspecting only townspeople, it would obviously be advantageous for scum to keep me alive. Also it keeps scum in the dark for how long/when I can kill. Obviously there is a general idea, but there is no need to get specific.
LL: Why claim miller if the personality period just ended? Doesn't really make sense (for town or fakeclaim scum)

I've got finals this week and if I put this game off longer than tomorrow I'll end up 50 pages behind at the rate this is going.
I singled out THB first because I've played with both of them a ton and thought I'd be able to get a good read on them. Not sure if I'm confident the slot is scum or not, but I don't like the reactions to my points/questions. THB pretty much just dismissed them and made remarks to get out of it. Hopefully you guys will pay attention to them.

I've bolded the scum-slip. He's detached from the town and wants them to read his slot fairly. Then he goes on to give content that's completely ridiculous meta-based assertions even though he's replacing out. Scum.

4. Stop "clearing" Scott as town. He could just as easily be a Mafia Assassin going for town cred. He logic for shooting as soon as the game starts if he was Assassin then saying "oops" is WIFOM-y and stupid and doesn't make a lick of sense. 2. This is a stretch to me. This reads as someone who has detached themselves from the game rather than scum. It's a really weak basis for a case.

4. I'm not saying I should be cleared as town. But it would be a ridiculous gambit for me to claim Dayvig and open myself to suspicion rather than just sniping someone. As Kit nicely said there is a difference between WIFOM and pure stupidity. How does this not make sense? Given your opinion that I'm falsely accusing Tuni, I can assume you want my to reveal the mechanics of my power as well?
On a sidenote, I always love how people want to believe that scum use ridiculous gambits and strategies. In reality, they want to avoid attention (obviously a blanket statement but speaking in generalities)
