Sorry for asking so much. If it means anything I have about 10 set-ups sitting around, so the reviews haven't gone to waste.-

Mafia Glossolalianeeds a review.
The setup isn't that big a deal once you sort out what's important... Actually, it's less important than having ideas for wacky post restrictionsEverything you say and do matters. People will respond in ways you may never see. May those responses be what you intend.-

Flavor is actually my strong suit, though I'm busy pre-gaming for my own upcoming game so I'm too busy at the moment. If you still need this in a week poke me via PM.mb53 wrote:Anyone want to review/write flavor for a mini normal?

Still looking for an additional reviewer for a Power Role heavy 13 person set-up.
AGM is currently on the Review Crew.
Empking and Andrius have kindly stepped up to join AGM in the quest totell me I'm crazy with the set-upget the set-up well balanced.
Thanks to all three of them!!!"I am a leaf on the wind ... watch how I soar!"
Pretty much Geriatric game restricted at this point ... unless there are players I REALLY want to play with.-

Fallout: New Vegas Mafia (a large theme) could use a review. This game is still under heavy design, but I've already invested quite a bit of time into the setup and I'd like to get some feedback before I dump in a lot more.
People afraid of mechanics need not apply.
Any kind souls out there willing to donate their time?-

Mafia MetaMafiais now at a point where it could use a review. People who are afraid of mechanics or BrutalAssassinHonesty need not apply. I have really high hopes for this one
To give you an idea of what you would be looking at...Here is an example of the mechanic using a Sample Role PM featuring someone who is not in this continuity.
Each Night, this player has the option of:~NAME~
GAME:Mafia MetaMafia
ROLE:High Priest of Rinnosuke Morichka
DOMAINS:Austerity, Balance
ALIGNMENT:Neutral Good
ALLEGIANCE:Town
FACTION:[REDACTED]
--Abilities:
(Passive)WHAT IS A MAN- You will investigate as Mafia to allegiance investigations.
(Active)Role Cop- You will discern target player's Role.
(Worship)Worship- You will empower target Domain.
(Cast)Cast- You may use one of your Casts, provided you have enough Faith.
--Casts:
1)Conference- Target player will be Neighborized with you during the next Night.
2)Vendor- Target player will receive your choice of the following abilities: {Doctor, Tracker, Role Cop}
4)Appraisal- You will discern target player's list of Casts.
7)Unleash MANLINESS- You will become unlynchable for the next Day, NK-immune for the next Night, and have a daykill available during the next Day.
You win when it is no longer possible to prevent your faction from being the only one left in the game.
Confirm via PM. I wish you the best of luck.
*using Role Cop on a player
*Worshipping the Domain of his choice
*Attempting to Cast a spell, although if nobody Worships Austerity or Balance, there's nothing available TO Cast.Everything you say and do matters. People will respond in ways you may never see. May those responses be what you intend.-

I am interested in running a survival-horror game with a similar voting-outcome mechanics to that of CT: CoA, as well as a few of the "Game-Specific Rules" used in L4D Mafia. The game is ideally broken up into various phases. With survival being the main focus, players are given cutscenes and have 2+ options to vote on, as it determines the next scene. The anti-town know of each outcome and would like if the town chose incorrectly, as it would hinder the town in unique ways - outcomes may possibly be static (pre-set), conditional (relates to an earlier outcome), or enable the anti-town group to use an active choice (in line with factional abilities).
After a certain number of cutscenes, the next phase would see players situated inroomswith each other, now able to lynch/NL. The anti-town have no way of interfering in this phase, and neither would any town "power roles." I am considering dividing everyone into groups so that they have smaller sections of players to vote for, though this would tie in with any conditional outcomes that everyone independently chose - i.e. 4 players chose "Door A" while others went to "Door B," thus explaining why they are grouped the way they are.
I would like to go over how many number of lynches each section should be able to make (1 per section, or temporary lights out style?). The reason I am undecided is due to the possibility of mafia all shuffling into a "room" with one another and voting NL in order to save themselves - which I like the idea of, to be honest.
I only have town and anti-town alignments on my mind, but I'm not opposed to including 3rd parties if they serve a purpose. Forthe first game, I'd lean towards only including town & anti-town factions.
Oh, and there will be references to L4D, Res Evil, etc. I would very much like it if a few of you are able to help me knock out this setup by the end of the month. They have escaped into the mansion where they thought it was safe.

Need a reviewer or two for a mini theme. Flavor knowledge not required. Nothing major mechanic-wise. Balance checks mostly.Ski mask? Check! Sawed off? Check! Guilty conscience, fear of death? Check! Check! Check!

Could use somebody who DOESN'T want to play Succession Mafia II to kick some ideas around with - I don't have the setup finalized in the 'roles and rules' stage yet, because Weird Mechanics are eating my brain. Need a reality check...
No rush. This'll probably start in April.Retired as of October 2014.-

Andrius and I have been attempting to create a Large Theme game similar to Gorrad's Favorite Fictional Characters Mafia with a whole bunch of random characters thrown in the mix. If anyone is interested in helping, not only balance, but create (though we have quite a bit down), shoot me a PM and I'll attach you to our QT for it.
Thanks!,
