You now have about 24 hours to PM me and Hoppster an amount between $0m and however much money you have remaining (in a multiple of $20m) for the amount of money you wish to spend campaigning. Each $20m gets you one extra 'ticket' when the number of seats won is determined. PM's must be to me by 8 pm, Sunday 20 February (EST).

You do not need to PM me if you cannot spend any money. This applies to TonyMontana only.

Twistedspoon HAS to be in an alliance. If he isn't, he's made a categorically stupid play to accept the coalition.
