The reason I love Fate and UK so much is the passion they put into the game. As town, they really and truly are showing their frustration and rage. To say that they should change is a little bit wrong.
They should only be more careful. The thing is, with reference to anger... You have to realize that Mafia is a game of emotion as well as intuitive thought and logic. We like to try and remove emotion from the game, but it can't be like that. So I would only say that perhaps UK should keep her Rage... And keep her fury at the people who piss her off... But be more diplomatic about it.
Fate, I refuse to tell you to change. People love you or people hate you. I try not to get upset if you call me a bad player... Instead, I use it as motivation to kick your ass (ex: this game). But you would lose something if you held back. I would only say that the personal attacks could be made to be less... Personal. :3
Overall... I respect players who allow their emotion to enter their play. It's a risk, for sure. My emotion in my play makes me have a tendency to jump to a conclusion that might not be valid, due to being over-eager. The thing is though... Even though over-eager can be bad... It also can lead to catching scum off of intuition. -shrug-
tl;dr: Don't change your rage... Simply refine it more diplomatically, so as to upset less people.Yes my Lord, but questions are dangerous, for they have answers.

Well, I sorta get what your saying, but I think there's good fervor and bad fervor. And I'm currently doing a lot of the bad fervor. I should be able to still be passionate about things without insulting everybody. The main thing is I need to remove the personal attacks and such.
I think I am perfectly capable of dancing without caps. Hell, you've seen me in Higu, LLD."Never have I seen anybody glorify their own lynch."

Great job scum! I wish my internet would've behaved for me this game, because it read as pretty fun to play in.ShowA moment of silence, please, for those who never get the chance. They show up to the party but are never asked to dance. The losers, the liars, the bastards, the thieves, the cynisists, the pessimists, and those who don't believe in nothing!

True enough... but you were playing against a competent opponent in that game. Imagine CoolDog as the SK. :S
I think you're an amazing player. And you are certainly able to fight with the best of them. The question is, can you keep from ragingTOO HARDwith theworstof them?Yes my Lord, but questions are dangerous, for they have answers.

They are more suspectible to damage done by true VI players
They accumulate pages quickly and are harder to replace player for that reason
More players and roles leaves even more room for potential mistakes.
I'm not saying avoid them .. I'm saying tred carefully.
Untrod - good luck with your game. My only advice would be to keep on top of the Mod management end of the game much more than you did in ATHF Mafia. Frequent vote-counts and prompt opening and closing of Nights is important to the flow of a game."I am a leaf on the wind ... watch how I soar!"
Pretty much Geriatric game restricted at this point ... unless there are players I REALLY want to play with.-

My play also suffers, as people don't interact with each other, then I lose track of the lurkers, then I get increasingly frustrated trying to generate reads.MagnaofIllusion wrote:

Well, given I've imposed a one-game modding limit on myself (again) after that, that's not too far-fetched a conclusion.Lady Lambdadelta wrote:StrangerCoug wrote:

If I feel I did anything uncalled for this game, it was replacing out without letting Mina answer what she thinks of me. The game was nothing but a disaster and we all know this.Fate wrote:I don't think you ever apologized for your play this game Coug, even SPYREX could not live down your play enough to avoid bullets.STRANGERCOUG: Stranger Than You!
