I mean, I think the gut reaction is to think two scum factions or one + SK. On the other hand, it could be any number of things given that this is a theme game. I think it is going to take a couple nights of seeing what comes down the pipe to really get a handle on what we're dealing with here. It's probably not going to be all that useful until we see another night and determine if any of these same kill flavors occur again and what not.

I was actually considering only reading Day 2 and getting the gist of Day 1 with lots of questions. You really suggesting I need to read this entire game? Cause I honestly don't have the time for all of that (at least within the next week or two) and I only /inned to do Sotty a big favor.

Everyone vote here right now. Guaranteed scum caught. Here is the gist without quoting: Amrun replaced in and immediately apologized for the bad behavior of his predecessor. This is a scumtell because a town player knows his alignment. No matter how bad his predecessor may have been, Amrun would know that he/she was acting with good intentions because they were town. Therefore, there was no reason to apologize for anything. Scum however have a guilty conscience and feel the need to distance themselves from their predecessor's bad behavior. I know it sounds kind of kooky, but this is one of the few "scumtells" I have ever seen work with pretty much 100% accuracy. I won't be moving my vote until Amrun is dead.

@Furc: I was scum in Wickedjestr's large mafia game (New York 115) and we didn't have fakeclaims issued to us. Come to think of it, I've never had a fakeclaim given to me the couple times I've been scum here. Does it happen a lot in Theme Park?

Sorry sister. I know it sucks to get outted on something like that, but it's a tried and true scumtell. I personally hate people that use scumtells, but I've seen this one in action a lot and it is true.

I've defended myself so much in this game that I just can't do it anymore.

I've fullclaimed already. There's not much else I can do.

When you replace into a game where the biggest wagon is on YOUR REPLACEMENT, you kind of have to say SOMETHING... In hindsight, I probably should not have tried to explain as much as I did, but it was the first time I had ever been in that situation.

Plus, I had information that no one else had -- though they now do -- that did partially exclaim what people were calling PI's "slip." She speculated on an Americans vs. Soviets set-up, which makes some sort of sense when you're looking at a Role PM that tells you you're McCarthy and TOWN. However, from the wincon, she should have realized... But as I said, English is clearly not her first language and she was... I don't know. Not paying attention or something I guess. She also had played in another Cold War game that was Americans vs. Soviets. That's the best sense I can make of it.

I've given my scum reads several times over. If I am about to be lynched (AGAIN), I will re-iterate and re-evaluate them, though, never fear.

OK, to end page 21. There's far less that seems worthy of comment, people just seem to be Mastining their various positions. Will note that while I agree with Feysal on the principle of not letting VIs get away with it, Furc does appear to be... trying here, and is quite open and honest in his idiocy. I will try to meta him when I get the humungous catchup done. (Gonna have somewhat LA over the weekend, will be at my parents', but will def try to do at least another 5-10 pages).

LMP seems to be thinking in a town way here. People a lot of players criticize but next to no-one actually votes are often scum. He's wrong in this instance, of course, but it's a good argument.

Artem feels very middle of the pack to me. Lots of words, very little wrong with it, but nothing that would be particularly difficult for a scum to do either.

Just to be clear, most policy lynches are because you think the player doing them is scum (that is, you find the action so scummy that it alone is worth lynching over). That's the original meaning of policy lynch.

On my reread, the first thing to set me off about Sevei was her very first post. She tells everyone to forget about jam, which suggests that she was worried about how scummy jam looked. This comes in the very beginning of her post, which suggests that she looked at her predecessor before anything else. In other words, she's commited the AmishTell (explained here.

Sevei was scum in this game.

In Amrun's catch up post, the first thing she does is to make excuses for how scummy PI seemed. While Amrun was one of the leading wagons, she was nowhere near actually getting lynched (she had 6/13 votes on her at the time).

i tried for a PI/Amrun lynch for like 1000 hours
of course i will join that
however, i would like to note the SCUM-ASSOCIATIVE-TELLS in my case from Feysal/pappumsrat were WITH AMRUN.

THEREFORE, I WAS RIGHT ANYWAYS IF AMRUN IS SCUM. IF AMRUN IS SCUM, SO IS FEYSAL.
