He didn't say the reaction cleared him, just that he was voting him to see his reaction. You're right though, there was no reaction and magnetic unvoted anyway.
It's odd behavior to be sure, but not inherently incriminating.

Hardcore vote? He voted one post and then pulled it the next. I'm not sure how you get that he was hardcore about it or even showed that he really wanted him lynched.

One thing is holding me back from the MrTrow wagon. If he's scum, why is twistedspoon still alive? I don't see that twistedspoon is a likely lynch candidate, so I'm not sure why a mafia faction would choose to keep an opposing mafiate alive.

I would say he's one of the better candidates if they were looking for a lynch target.

Getting people to actually go through with a policy-lynch is hard enough (read easy enough to 'just let it fail')
It`s less dangerous when calling for it on 2 players at the same time.
Final thing to consider was the reason for the PL(main reason for the 'yes').
Who`s more likely to get PL`ed?: the just plain rude one. / the one that claims scum

However when checking: this last point happened after the original PL-call,
and i don`t believe in the concept of a player who`s both:
- manipulative enough to claim scum in one game to enhance the 'ploy' above in another
- disrespectful to the game to actually claim scum

So: no, i don`t believe Huck to be SO`s buddy

I haven't seen escho show up in the Ban list, so I'm not sure what's given you that idea.

I also haven't seen Escho do anything remotely like scumhunting. I also noticed that Escho and Strungover both managed to ignore each other entirely.
