I like the points about Furc's reactions (especially after I told you not to worry about it as he's an emotional player, but you wanted to delve--this is apparently why, lol); however, I think your points about him being a "dick" (so to speak) are invalid. Like I've said, he's an emotional player.

I’d like to know why Meransiel thinks Confid is so scummy as per his post 258.

I actually agree with silverbullet that we should lynch someone soon (double day, first lynch) and it should be someone who would legitimately be troublesome toward later game.

I like Number’s analysis of Apokalyptika’s voting a player that’s useless as opposed to scummy, however, I don’t agree with it as it’s D1 on a double day. It’s the perfect time to get rid of players who don’t contribute as opposed to ones that will continually give us reads later.

Meransiel’s assumption that Nacho will have a lot to say about his “scummy play” is weird and self-depricating…which is weird.

It’s also weird that Nacho still hadn’t posted his analysis for almost two days after that, which NS has already pointed out. O.o

Meransiel is definitely town thus far from what I can see. Twistedspoon, why exactly did you think what Klazam found was a scumtell, as opposed to being inexperienced and cautious town? You also note it’s a scumslip AFTER he gives an explaination, but don’t vote? How come?

At least six people have posted since then commenting on the game (and I would assume Nacho’s post/reads since it was impressed upon so much that they were waiting for them) and didn’t comment on that ONCE. It’s making me feel as though people haven’t really read his case on Meransiel AT ALL.

So sorry I haven't been around. I'm in the process of moving and didn't factor in the amount of time that might actually take. The next few days are going to be a bit hectic (I have a 6 hour drive ahead of me included in that move), but I'll be able to follow the thread and *hopefully* comment on anything that super sticks out at me.

I do feel as though the first day was a bit rushed in the second half. If anything, the "quick-lynch" should happen in the first half, so we can figure out what to do with the information from it in the first half...

Ok, so Furc comes in and does one of the more protown things, which is jump start the fucking game again (I figured the replacements would do that, as previously mentioned, but I guess he wasn't willing to wait), and then gets hit with this huge fucking OMGUS attack.

He calls LLD out for probably being a town leader and "wanting to lynch her" (I'm not actually sure if it was a real push for a PL or not), and then what happens...she comes in, flags waving, taking the reigns like, "look at me, I'm the shit, you best be listenin booooooiz." You say that it's pro-scum for town not to have a leader, but it's even more pro-scum for a replacement to become that leader. I've seen all to often where someone replaces out of a spot, scummy or not, and the replacement comes in a wipes the board by "leading to town" and

Oh. I just never got the impression you were down for my lynch at all, let alone, "more than happy" for my lynch. But that makes sense.

Anyway, I've always (well technically not always, but in the past several months' worth of games I've played) advocated that townies should not be afraid to die early game. Getting flustered and upset only confuses the rest of the town and fucks them over when the flip comes and they try and find the real scum from there. It's their job as part of a bigger faction to do their best to contribute to the bigger picture. If their lynch is eminent, they need to stop focusing on whining//defending themselves, and just scum-hunt. Which is part of the reason Silver's an idiot for just focusing on himself rather than who he actually thinks is scum.

I can't say that I'm rather excited for either option, as you should probably just put to lynch whomever you feel is scummiest. Though I must say, that DOES put *me* in a predicament if Toog flips town, and if he's town, vice versa.

I don't actually remember where this TwistedSpoon hate came from if anyone could refresh me (especially those who didn't specify reasons for their vote).

You've been the fastest replacement. I've a firm believer that it's better to lynch an anti-town player (i.e. Hero) and get another flip (especially with two lynches a day) while you can still afford it, than lynch someone who can give you more information later in the day, and whom I don't necessarily think is that scummy (i.e. Silver). Lynching your slot would've helped the game progress if the replacement (you) was going to take as long as it had taken other players.

Back from V/LA!

Lady and Silver are town.

Furcolow has been voting hoping too much. I had a very town read on him from what happened with Lady, but became super disappointed with what little content he pushed after that, along with the vote-hopping. No bueno. : (
(could've been a distraction from Twisted?)

I get a strong meta-scum read from Nobody Special, but I can't say it's much more than that.

Nacho...nachonachonacho...to be honest, my push for his lynch at the beginning was because he wasn't contributing much content past "lynch someone from this list." I know he does those sort of antics as town, but I also felt as though it was anti-town and it hasn't improved. Unfortunately, that still leaves me with a town-read on him.

I have complete null reads on Toog, bvoigt, and Kublai.

Hiraki's been sheeping a lot, as well as fucking with my VI-versus-scumdar.

I'm going to catch up with my reading of the past few pages, and vote accordingly when I get back.

I can get behind a Nacho lynch unless he can show the same content Hiraki just showed. I really don't feel comfortable with him being in a LyLo situation, town or not. I would say I think NS is more likely scum, though.

Actually, I'd rather have a Number58 lynch. He'll never be NKed, and he's not doing ANYTHING and probably still won't if he gets to LyLo. He's also in prod range.

Seriously people, take advantage of getting rid of weaker players/players you can't get a read on/will be hard to work with in a LyLo situation while you have the opportunity.

One of Number or Nacho. NS can be lynched in the first half of tomorrow.
