CP can weigh in on this later if needed. But yeah, it only doubles the recharge time, it doesn't fill it completely.

Actually, I can already tell that Fate isn't going to be cooperative. We kill Enigma and SP today with Grey, and then I can get four votes to lynch Fate while you guys lynch Grey. Agreed? That should remove all possible scum before scum can get in an NK.
