usually players enjoy playing as scum much more than VT

Well, VT is the most common role to replace out of, but there's really little to no bias in whether town or scum replace out more.

Also, shotty replaced out of all his games at that time, so it had nothing to do with this game in particular. Not sure about Romanus, but either way, replacing out isn't exactly a tell.

If you are really who you say then why are you still on Friend? Why not switch to chesskid? The logic for a possible chesskid lynch coming from your viewpoint actually makes more sense. (basically chess can kill, I am vig Q.E.D. chess is scum. Your case against Friend: He doesn't back up his town reads and does them a lot.) Which case sounds more sound to you?

Also worth noting.

As per your possible bus there, I would lean no on that. After being called out on something, the last thing I would expect scum to want to do is link to a buddy.

This is going to seem a bit WIFOM-y, but looking at the start of the day, Jakalope seems very under-informed for scum. If he were scum, I would expect the QT last night to be all sorts of discussion about which power role was going to target who and which was more important to take out and Jakalope seemed to have no idea what was going on. Town points for that.

And I really don't see how they would decide on a night kill without discussing the power role situation. It just wouldn't make any sense.
