"Get away from me!" she screamed. "You're all traitors! Traitors, to the core!"

They looked at her like she'd gone from normal to insane, all in the space of a few seconds. Mostly because... well, she had. They kept their distance as she continued to scream.

"You did this to me!" she sobbed. "Look at me! You stabbed me in the back! ...and I don't know what else there is

left

..." her voice faltered, and she crumpled into a heap on the ground.

One of them decided to go over to her and see if there was anything he could do to help. His reward was scratch marks on the face from her fingernails, and more screams and sobs hurled at him as he recoiled.

Most of the crowd was content to leave her; to simply walk away and forget about her... sometimes there was nothing that could be done. But some stayed to listen to her pitiful rants, in hopes that she'd spill a little more information; these were tough times, and people were dying. They were soon rewarded.

"I used to kill you people!" she continued. "I would sneak up and blow you away in your sleep! Nobody could "handle" me then! I was strong... I used to be so strong..." Her voice broke.

She wept on the ground for a minute or two, and the people around looked at each other in wonderment. Suddenly, she stood, and began shouting frantically.

"And then I found out he was lying to me!" she raged. "He said he would help me kill you all, but noooooo! He was always sneaking around... so sneaky, so silent..." she broke down and started sobbing again... then looked back up, her eyes flashing.

"HE WAS TRYING TO KILL ME!" she bellowed, her face red. "HE WAS TRYING TO KILL US ALL!"

She began to lunge at people around her, first one, then the other. Trying to punch them, kick them, hurt them in any way possible.

"And now I'm going to kill you all, for not believing me!!" she was hysterical. She pulled a pistol from her backpack and brandished it with clear intent to use it. People began to scatter.

*Crack!*

A shot rang out. Smoke poured from a gaping hole in her forehead, and a man named StrangerCoug lowered a pistol of his own. Murmurs from the onlookers caused him to realize what he'd done; quickly he wiped the handle of the gun with his shirt, to get rid of the fingerprints, and threw it into a nearby trash receptacle, as if there hadn't been almost ten other witnesses.

"Not a word of this to anyone else," he breathed, trembling at what he'd done. "You saw her! She was going crazy -- CRAZY! She was about to shoot someone!" he spoke insistently. Murmurs of assent swirled through the crowd, some just nodded in agreement, their faces serious and solemn. And then everyone scattered, leaving the crazed girl in a puddle of her own blood.

There was unrest in the building.

"I

to be you!" she shouted, pointing a finger at her counterpart with inimitable rage and disgust. "Just like happened with Baby Spice and MagnaofIllusion, you just want to stab me in the back when I'm not looking!"

"You're being completely unreasonable." her counterpart replied, defensively and not without passion of his own. "Just because they never found any evidence doesn't mean that one of them wasn't in the Inner Circle!"

"Yeah, and I'm sure one of them could have been, just like you are!" she raged back, panting for breath after yelling for so long. This argument had gone on for almost half an hour, with neither one able to gain any ground or convince the other of anything.

"You know what... that's it. I'm out of here," she said, and her counterpart watched her storm out of the building. As soon as she was outside the door, she remembered to turn around to slam it. As she looked back, she saw her counterpart watching her leave in disgust.

But suddenly, she saw his eyes widen in terror. "Hey!" he choked, and then found his voice "HEY... BEHIND YOU!!!" he pointed and yelled, looking genuinely frantic and afraid.

She whirled about to face what he was pointing at, but by that time, it was already too late. A dark, masked figure was standing behind her, hunting knife in hand. Before she had time to even scream, he had shoved the blade into her stomach, and began sawing it jaggedly across her body, releasing her entrails from their meaty prison. As she watched in horror, he finished and ripped the knife from her stomach, splattering gore and blood gratuitously across the ground just outside the compound's only exit. She looked up into the eyes of her killer, but only an empty blackness stared back at her. The ghastly face was the last thing she saw as she slumped to the ground, surrounded by her own intestines.

Her counterpart had watched, helpless, from only twenty feet away, powerless to intervene; it had all happened so fast.

Looking up with that same ghostly stare, the killer raised the knife in front of his own face, and with a gloved hand, wiped the blood from the blade.

And then he disappeared.

Think Exe is probably IC (the night rider rber). Him and MoI defending each other (with MoI believing BS is the IC member) fits perfectly with the two of them. Not to mention he's completely fallen of everyone's radar (something scum love to do)

Exe is IC for sure.

But SC is probably the last remaining rider. Which is why we need him dying today. Eliminates a kill AND an RBer.

You and Toogeloo I still think are connected (so both of you have to be Skull Crushers if I am correct) and I still don't like Lady Lambdadelta's limping on the ThAdmiral wagon.

The other two require me to reread the thread, but tentatively, Friend/Xalxe's lack of content is worrisome and I'll look into the accusations of Exe.

I'm not sold on SC-scum. In my experience, SC isn't dumb. The only conclusion I can reach here is that he's just not paying attention. And that usually is more of a town trait than scum trait for a non-VI/SI as far as I'm concerned. So while I don't want to just let SC continue like this, I think we have bigger fish to fry.

On that note, I find it amazing that both Toog and ABR survived yesterday. I think we need one (or both, dear DSK?) of them down today. My preference is still ABR.
