Question for you Papa Zito:
I know I am still waaayyy down on the list, but when do I have people look at my setup, and how does that work? Just wanting to get it out of the way. *shrugs*
Apologies for falling off the face of the earth.
I'M BACK BABY FOR A LIMITED TIME*!
I'll PM you once you get higher, but if you have your stuff together you can go ahead and forward it on to Hoopla. She heads the Normal Review Group. They'll set up a QT with you and go over your setup to make sure it fits the rules of "normal" and they can also help you with balance if you like. Once they say you're good to go she'll PM me and I'll mark you as ready on the queue list.
Potential moderators can only be in a single moderator queue (Mini Normal, Mini Theme, or Open) at a time.
I ask because on the wiki it says this:
Moderators who have successfully run one game to completion are eligible to run games from the Large Normal, Mini Theme, and Newbie lists. These moderators may run up to two games at once, as long as these games are from different lists.
If the wiki is accurate, I'd like to /in to mod (experience: Open 293). I'm also currently on the Mini Theme list. If the wiki's not accurate, you can ignore this. =P

Well I don't see Mini Normal mentioned there. Where did you pull this quote from?

The reason that Mini Normals are not mentioned in there is because that section is talking about the queues in which you have to have modding experience to run a game in. There is no modding experience requirement to run a Mini Normal, same as with the Open Queue, which likewise is not mentioned.
So the way I've interpreted the rule is that players shouldn't be in more than one queue at a time, and that's something I check when someone makes an /in to mod post. And given the healthy list of waiting mods in the Mini Normal, Mini Theme and Open queues, I'm not sure this should change.
But let me take this question back to mith et al and see how he wants this to go.
