Also, just got back from my trip, and decided to check in. Not going to be around the rest of the weekend (if day ends this prolly won't matter).
Tomorrow, Camn needs to be looked at.
@Camn-
If you *ARE* DSK, then do yourself a favor and shoot SC; it's in your best interest as well as town's interest to remove all night kills. If you're concerned about numbers, scum are likely to kill you tonight if you don't remove their kill now.ShowT: 9/6.5/0

And accomplished what exactly?Kast wrote:@Exe-
Wow are you a complete idiot? You and LLD were the last two SkullCrushers. It's obvious LLD was going to out you if you didn't out her first. Exe-IC with SC-IC buddy was the most likely scenario yesterday anyway; you just jumped the gun on her and admitted it before she did.
What the fuck would that even do for me?
Answer: absolutely fucking nothing.
Don't act all high and mighty with me, your logic here makes NO FUCKING SENSE.
Kill me, be proven wrong, and then smack your face on the keyboard for thinking my actions were even remotely logical as IC.
Also:
The people who are assuming that this confirmed that the Vest meant lynch-proof clearly aren't thinking. RC makes no sure confirmation here, AND the idea of a lynch-proof vest is stupid, both flavor-wise, logically, and in the setup. In terms of flavor, bulletproof vests save NO ONE from a baseball bat to the face. In terms of mafia logic, bulletproof townies are NOT lynch-proof. And based on the setup, a vest that would confirm a player as IC the second they got lynched seems pretty useless to me.RC wrote:I would have thought that Bulletproof Vest implied Baseball-Bat-Proof, and surely Fist-Proof.
Still, you never know.Note: Weekends are my busiest time. Expect me to not post much from Friday to Sunday.

WTH Camn? Do you pay any attention to the game? The plan is to strike SC to either stop the kills tonight or clear him as non-Nightrider. There was exactly enough strikes to roleblock a single player in addition to our lynch; if you preferred a different target, you could have stated so and made a case for that target. Magua is tied for the worst person you could pick. Kage is a flipped cop and pretty clearly crumbed that Magua and KK are both town. You're following Exe-scum in trying to block a practically confirmed town.STRANGERCOUG: Stranger Than You!

Striking strangercoug would allow the daykiller to steal our block away!
We need 4 hits on Magua, then add one to Exe (making it 6)... then the last person (you, Magua) can either hammer Exe, get daykilled, or strike someone else, proving they are scum?
Ftr: I Obv support a Exe lynch
Seriously? We could've roleblocked anyone. We had the strikes. I worked out the math here.
Is there some reason you didn't want SC to be roleblocked?
But, whatever. Two more people strike me. At least I'll be confirmed non-Night Rider.

- No else strikes Exe until I've got four strikes on, or the DSK can end the day.-

Hopefully Hrezs or Plum will make the fourth before the kill.-

Metropolis:Revisited— Day Five: Brutal Efficiency
Things were getting easy now.
The murderous one had decided to go for bigger game. Hanging around the Security Officer shack, his eyes narrowed as he chose his prey. That one standing by himself, not saying too much. He'd do. For now.
As he left to go on a bathroom break, he didn't check behind him, even after he got into the bathroom. His training had never protected him before, why should it now? He sighed. He had never even seen a crime being committed; he'd only ever heard about them up until this weekend. And then people had begun to be slaughtered left and right. Still, he was unfazed. He was a Security Officer, nobody ever came close to them. They were the ones who people avoided when they committed crimes.
But that was where he was wrong.
As he sat on the crapper, grunting and groaning, he heard a tapping noise coming from the stall next to him. What could that be? He bent over, looking under the stall to see what kind of feet were next to him. You could tell a lot about women from the shoes they wore, maybe you could tell a lot about men, too. But there were no feet in the stall next to him. He shrugged and continued his seemingly ineffective exertion, and was concentrating very hard, when... that noise again. He stopped; he could not continue while distracted.
He put his ear up to the stall wall: Nothing. No sound whatsoever. Was he imagining things? He pulled his head back, and saw some screw holes in the stall wall, which had been used in mounting the previous iteration of the toilet paper roll dispenser. He put his eye up to one of the holes to try to look through. He could see nothing at first... but all of a sudden, he saw movement.
A knife stabbed directly through the hole and into his waiting eye socket. The blade penetrated back through to his cerebral cortex, causing a massive brain hemorrhage. The young man struggled to live for a few more seconds, but blood poured out his eye socket and his vision in the other eye began to blur and fade away... the last thought he had was that he was going to die on an amusement park toilet.
Hrezs, a carelessSecurity Officer, has been brutally murdered on Day 5!

Metropolis:Revisited— End of Day Five
Exe [6] – Kublai Khan, Mute, StrangerCoug, Kise, Albert B. Rampage,Kast
Magua [2]– Exe, camn
Hasn't struck a blow yet– Hrezs, Magua, Plum
He'd been given a new lease on life, so to speak. Well, not a new one, just an extension on one that he knew was about to expire.
And then would come foreclosure. How poetic.
They'd had plenty of leave to kill him yesterday. Why hadn't they? He'd pondered this confusing thought time and again as he racked his brain for ways to somehow pull himself out of this mess. How had it come this far? Why had it all gone wrong? There must be some way... some how... a way to reverse the downward spiral... a way to get out of the maelstrom of problems he'd created for himself...
But it was not to be. There were just too many of them, and he couldn't escape now.
They surrounded him, and they were quick to put him out of his misery. The one who landed the final blow was a man named Kast. His eyes were hard as he cracked the mob's target repeatedly over the skull with a golf club. As the lights swirled together and disappeared, he slumped to the ground amidst the crowd, vaguely aware that the red puddle around him was being splattered with fresh blood, again and again...
And then he slipped away.
Exe, Memberof theSkull-Crushers, has been killed by the mob on Day 5!
TheSkull-Crushershave been defeated.
It is now Night 5. The deadline is April 26th, 4pm PST (7pm EST).

Metropolis:Revisited— Dawn of Day Six
It had finally happened.
The citizens of Metropolis had chosen to section themselves off in tight little groups (while still trusting nobody but themselves, of course) and wait out the night with multiple people on watch, at staggered times of the night and within plain sight of each other, so that there would be no shenanigans. And for the first time in almost a week, it appeared to have worked! One by one, the citizens awoke, and checked their bodies for knife wounds or bullet holes. And nary a one was found.
...Nobody died last night.
The citizens shuddered, however, as they realized that probability dictated the probability of the continued existence of a killer, or killers, in their midst, and that perhaps they were merely biding their time, until the perfect moment to strike. They readied themselves for the day with a renewed sense of hope and urgency, and yet could still not shake the vestiges of fear from their minds.
It is now Day 6. The deadline is May 10th at 8pm PST (11pm EST).

Jesus, ABR.. I think we can do better, from a logic perspective, than 'he's scummy'.
Fact 1: its confirmed that the Inner Circle members are no-reveal.
Fact 2: AGM, Baby Spice and MagnaofIllusion all knew who the last scum were.
Fact 3: DSK still out there.
Supposition: MagofIllusion was IC? Baby Spice made a compelling case.. and had very little reason to lie. Thus he would have had more incentive to get his partners lynched than the rest? Lets see who he goes after the hardest?
Shit. He goes after Hzres, ME, Toog and Thad. So nothing good there.
Rereading him, I am glad I am dancing on his grave right now though.
I cant find much in the other two's posts either. Hmph."if you weren't trying to be so unnecessarily mysterious all the time we wouldn't have these misunderstandings" - Yosarian2-

MoI/BS said that their last member was one of the people BS "bussed" before she went after MoI. That only included 4 people, two of whom are already dead. If MoI was telling the truth, then the last NightRider is either Friend (Mute) or ABR.
If any Security Guards have a roleblock result from last night, now would be the time to share that (ESPECIALLY if it was Mute or ABR).
Also, since the strikes yesterday after my strike didn't count, we can be pretty sure that the DSK pre-submitted a kill OR was online between my strike and the next strike. Also, given that the DSK reacted to the info from BS, it looks like that kill doesn't need to be made immediately on day start.
I'm assuming DSK isn't going to help us kill the last NightRider, but in case I'm mistaken, then please shoot one of Mute/ABR.ShowT: 9/6.5/0

Also, with 9 alive, it takes 6 to lynch or 4 to roleblock. After the DSK kill (which we can assume to be presubmitted), it will be 8 alive. With 8 alive, it takes 5 to lynch and 4 to roleblock.
I'd like everyone to explicitly state if they're willing to work together to lynch and roleblock ABR/Mute. If you're against it, then please explain why.
I'm sure DSK would prefer to keep the last NightRider around for extra kills, but if they do anything to achieve that aim, they reveal themselves.
Proposal
-We pick one of ABR/Mute for lynching and the other for roleblocking.
-Place 4 votes on the lynch target
-Place 3 votes on the block target
-Last 2 players coordinate to place the "block-hammer" and the "lynch-hammer" in succession.
If DSK decides to no kill, then great. Tonight we should see no kills and tomorrow we repeat today except that we know last nightrider is one of ABR/Mute.
If DSK kills someone before L-1, we have 2 players so town can still force the lynch
Magua and KK are pretty much confirmed town. I propose them as the 2 players to coordinate a hammer.
ABR already struke Mute and I'm assuming Mute would mutually strike ABR.
Assuming we go with this, then we should split up the remaining players between ABR and Mute.
@Kise- Who do you prefer out of ABR/Mute?
@Kast- I think Mute is probably the more likely NightRider, but ABR is potentially the DSK. I'm fine lynching either with slight preference for ABR lynch and Mute role-block.
@Plum- Who do you prefer out of ABR/Mute?
@StrangerCoug- Who do you prefer out of ABR/Mute?
@camn- Who do you prefer out of ABR/Mute?ShowT: 9/6.5/0

ABR, that strike was goddamn stupid.
Both of these things. I would adjust the plan, though: place enough strikes on the person to be roleblocked *first* so we don't get any asshattery with the DSK killing early, then place the strikes to lynch. The only possible downside is that if the DSK *doesn't* kill then we get no lynch. But the only reason I can see the DSK not killing is if we were going to lynch the DSK, so even that seems win because then we can just lynch that person tomorrow.Kast wrote:Also, since the strikes yesterday after my strike didn't count, we can be pretty sure that the DSK pre-submitted a kill OR was online between my strike and the next strike. With 9 alive, it's 6 to lynch and 4 to block.
With 8 alive, it's 5 to lynch and 4 to block. So in order to block someone, we need the very last strike to be the 5th strike on the lynch target, and we need the person who's getting lynched and the person who's getting roleblocked to play along. Of course, if either of them decides to not play along, we'll just lynch them, because they're scum, so.
I'm still very much wanting a StrangerCoug roleblock and a camn lynch. I can't have these things, because ABR is a tool. So now I'm thinking StrangerCoug roleblock/Mute lynch.-

You think the DSK struck first or second every day? You think I would have struck KK if I could have killed him? With my short attention span and quick finger, you think I would have waited until the end of each day to kill my target?Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. What is your complaint against the blocking plan? Seriously. It doesn't cost us *a thing*. It can *only clear people of being the Night Rider*. What is the downside? Paramedic can't save? Security guard can't roleblock? Whoop-de-shit. I'd rather have a publicly confirmed non-Night-Rider than a paramedic or security who *might* *maybe* have a non-Night-Rider...if they claim.Albert B. Rampage wrote:1. Shut the fuck up with your stupid blocking plan

I agree with the block plan.
I agree with Magua's LAST post.
I wish we could run up both ABR and Mute.. and let the last person decide who to hammer... but the DSK could kill that last person, thus saving the lynch (though blocking x 2), which is suboptimal.
I thought Friend was scummy before.. but I dont have much of a read on Mute.
I think it is curious that ABR is playing more and more recklessly as the game progresses, instead of more conservatively.
My decision? ABR should hang.
I would gladly volunteer to be one of those last two people.. though I think they are likely DSK targets. It would be good for me to be one of them, though. I have had some SK-suspicion.. so I am a sub-optimal DSK-kill.
The other last-striker should ALSO be a SK-suspect.. so as to put the DaySK in a pretty position.
Meanwhile.. everyone who would be an OPTIMAL daykill (from the killer's perspective) should prob get their strikes out early, once we all agree to the plan... so if they get killed we can proceed with a block/lynch."if you weren't trying to be so unnecessarily mysterious all the time we wouldn't have these misunderstandings" - Yosarian2-
