What strikes me is that he doesn't go to a public library for an hour or two every day untill May, come back and with a book or two untill his "ban" is up.

From what he told me on April 20th is that his internet ban was untill the endof April, but with his parents, he didn't quite know if he was going to get any extra time added onto that or not.
