I've never been lynched, or even near to it in my 2 completed games, but my gut reaction is that this is something I might have said if I was resigned to being "lunched".. It reads newb town to me because of that.

Quilford's emotive posting recently is interesting. He does seem rattled. In the past, I've seen it as a flailing scum tell, but not so sure now - I think it's definitely a new player tell, but not sure if you could call it alignment specific.

He said that after you voted for him. What was the reason for your vote?

This seems like scum trying to get a wagon off him, especially with having such a respected player's vote already on his side.

I'm sorry, whether someone's respected or not
does not make an ounce of a difference
in this game.

UNVOTE: hiplop

This is horrible and looks liker an excuse to get off the Hiplop wagon.

You evidently did (becay=use you got off the hiplop wagon). Personally I'd say that you felt from Sloth you would have feeerange to move your vote off him (to put on your favourite wagon) in a way that wasn't so concrete with Hiplop. Or maybe Hiplop is your buddy and you felt bored of bussing him? I don't know.

Twistedspoon very well could be scum here.

The vanilla claim is something more likely to come from town in this case, and the manner it's came about is a fairly strong town tell, was expecting quilford scum to rage and claim 'OMG YOU OUTED THE ____' (choose your own adventure and fill in the blank)

I have empathy for Quilford. Questions like 'are you nervous scum' are just silly trick ones that give me no reason to think him scum

Quilford's recent postings to me make me pretty much 100% certain that he's town. Let's get off him now okay.

Charter's continual push on Quilford after the claim seems to me like he's scum trying to revive what he thought would be an easy lynch.

That's virtually no pressure, those votes won't hold up all the way through a lynch. When they all give compelling reasons for voting, that's when you're in hot water. I would be willing to bet that all but two or so of the people voting you would unvote at the first sign of scumhunting, but that never came.
Now that you've claimed vanilla, there's no reason to lynch someone besides you.

pedit, how many games have you played on MS, Quilford?

Lynching claimed vanillas is good town strategy. What are you going to wait for, someone to claim a powerrole and lynch them?

@Emp, looking back, there isn't much to it, but 228 is a pretty poor reason to vote Quilford.
