Reparations like a restart or a global Tribal Council.

Be that as it may, Xalxe's actions in giving no instruction and no response to flaking could have easily been interpreted as an implied safety on weekends. His failure to clarify anything is textbook maladministration.

From what I saw, Xalxe was gone camping and couldn't give instructions or clarification.

Also, if it works, I'd be alright for you guys to get a challenge advantage next challenge as reparation.

There is no excuse for absence in a challenge as muddled and mod-reliant as this. It is absolutely abhorrent to think otherwise. No excuse.

If Xalxe wants to think that a simple 'advantage' will fix the mistake of destroying a challenge, then it will be done in my absence.

I understand where you are coming from, but I believe, that as 2 individuals on 2 different tribes, with 2 different results, and were in 2 different roles during the challenge, we will probably never come to a conclusion by ourselves.

I would also like to state that if he simply linked to mastermind's rules for Assassin, this challenge probably would have gone differently. However, they were not, and I was apparently the only one to think that this
might
be similar to Assassin. So it went this way

In my defence, my blackberry made a post which was eaten ._. If it was posted, I'd have been within the 24 hours timeframe.

Oh come on. If ZazieR didn't post for 24 hours, he died too. By three of your team not posting within 24 hours, they died. The other three were taken care of by animorpherv1.

Also,
Lindsay stabs
Alejandro
with the knife.

Do I win from colours?

They are discussing if we actually have won. In case we haven't, they probably did as they have now stabbed Ani, our claimed killer.
I'm staying out of this discussion as it's useless. Xalxe will eventually come to enlighten us.

The issue I have is that Xalxe is guilty of blatant maladministration. Really, reading is taught in school. You should know how to do it.

For refrence/disecction, I have quoted the challenge post. The Challenge Post should be accepted as the writ of Mod, as should ANY modposts.

Xalxe wrote:

Immunity Challenge!

I feel like I should do something for the Royal Wedding ITT...oh well. New challenge instead.

Your mission (and you already accepted it, you bastards) is to find the killer. Both of them, actually. You see, I have randomly selected one player from each team to serve as the Killer for their team. The goal of the Killers (who do not know each other BTW) is to murder everyone on the other team. Murders are committed by sandwiching posts in a
NON-GAME
thread (GD, MD, MishMash, F62, Help!, etc). If both killers eliminated each others' teams, then they win Individual Immunity and both Teams go to the Ceremony.

HOWEVER, each team has also been gifted with a loverly sharp knife. It can be used once by posting in-thread (in bold, goddammit)
Team [Your Name] stabs [Camper].
If you successfully stab the killer, they lose and your Team wins Immunity. If you stabbity stab wrong, no Immunity for your team.

In the unlikely event that both Teams win Immunity, we'll provide a SPECIAL REWARD which I will come up with later.

So, to recap:
Killers
: One from each team, want to kill the OTHER TEAM. Sandwiching your own team's posts won't do jack.
Non-Killers
: Want to find the Killer that's on the other team. Stab them, you win Immunity for your Team. Screw up, your Team goes to the Ceremony.

This challenge will last until
Tuesday at 7am EST
or so. If it has not ended...I get to end it
Killer PMs will go out now. If you don't get one in the next 10 minutes or so, you're not a Killer.
Oh, and if you don't post during a 24-hour period or so, I get pissed and punish your team. No winning by lurkering.

Here are some relevant points:

The goal of the Killers (who do not know each other BTW) is to murder everyone on the other team.

I have kills from ani on LLD, Drench and Tragedy. Please note that I have NO kills from Blackberry at all. This is somewhat relevant to me.

Oh, and if you don't post during a 24-hour period or so, I get pissed and punish your team. No winning by lurkering.

Please note that my "punishment" was assuming you drank poison and died. Now, I understand that there is some question about one person's flake or lack thereof. Please bring this to my attention speedily.

Another issue that appears to be present is that a false assumption was made.

False Assumption

I would announce kills. This is false because I was not here and I, as you all are FULLY AWARE, have limited access. Nowhere did I say "I will announce as people die."

Now, I will admit that I did make some errors because I'm human. Namely, I did not make clear that if your whole team died, you lost. That was an error, and I apologize.

LLD, you speak words about "waiting for Xalxe to show up so I can ask a question" or something. SO PM IT TO ME. If you have a question, PM IT. I will get it as soon as a log on, I will address it, and I may alter the challenge because of it.

Now, I'm willing to rerun the challenge if both parties are agreeable. I am also willing to discuss this in a civilized manner. I believe there were many mistakes made here, and I'm willing to work them out. However, I will NOT tolerate the sort of slanderous mudslinging that I feel is on the horizon.

Why can't we all just be happy Osama's dead?

I think both teams had the chance of winning at the challenge's suspension, depending on what happened and what moves were taken. A restart would be nice, but if LOLBID cannot accept that then I personally would also be able to accept two Tribal Councils, one for each tribe.

And don't worry, I won't say a slanderous* thing~!
