However, I think the odd thought process is explained if she's on Pine's team. It just makes no sense for her to give the reason she did if she's town. It does make sense for her to see my magical flying dragon of a case and realize she has no choice but to bus and think she needs to drudge up a reason to be on the wagon. So it's not that town doesn't also want to come up with a reason, it's that scum's reasons are more likely to be really bad. Which hers was. Plus, she clearly wanted town cred with his lynch and she wouldn't get it by just sheeping my case, so she wanted to come up with her own reason to be on the Pine wagon.

I'm more willing to believe TO's claim because it can be proven via night actions I'm going to assume that Pine is lying about his role.

This actually is also rubbish. Believing TO's claim does not inherently provide a reason for assuming Pine is lying.

The reason all of my quotes seemed unsure is because they were unsure. I wasn't certain who was lying and I'm not going to go out of my way to make it seem like I have all the answers when I don't. You yourself said it was townie to not have definite scum reads. Your reads on Pine were widely regarded as brilliant and everybody aside from chk was in on the bus, so how am I any different than anyone else?

I know that my reasoning may not be brilliant or insightful or what have you, but I do have reasons. Unlike chk who it seems is trying hard not to have to give reasons.

I haven't exactly been the greatest replacement and I think I have to use two hands to count the amount of times I've said I'd get to this Cecily business. That in itself makes me want to self-hammer due to my inability to truly get my head into this game.


Thing is, I don't think Satael is correct when he says Cec has said things scum would try not to say. Your thoughts of what a scummy person would or wouldn't say isn't indicative to their alignment. That's your opinion and I believe that you're applying it incorrectly. I simply don't see town-motivation in the posts, I see sheeping, and by far I see a lot of fluffery. I could link to all three of these things if you'd like, amongst the other things others have brought to the Cec-case. There are several other things, but I'm obviously not going to be the one to convince you all of this.
