That's fine - just be a bit more careful composing ciphers in the future. I always check to make sure I can unencrypt, just to be sure.

Hmm I'm wondering about the digraph setup. Relevant to the cipher or just choice? Not sure if Playfair would make that distribution.

I don't know if you can tell anything from the digraph - the largest number is 2, so it might be pretty close to chance. Going through to look for repeat frequencies, I find:

• ALF: 20
  
• UM: 13
  
• FR: 34
  
• MY: 34

which doesn't look very helpful to me. If it's some kind of substitution, though, ALF is likely to be a common trigraph, probably THE.
