Now, here's my theory.

Basically, we have two kind of mafia here. One is the typical mafia (nilla), and the other one is the roleblocker.

I think that in the night meetings they discussed among themselves what their playstyles would be. It's common practice for the nilla mafia to be all loud and obnoxious and bring a ton of attention to themselves while fake claiming a PR. And, like the godfather, who's job it is to blend in with the villagers, I think that the mafia roleblocker was trying to draw as little attention to themselves as possible this game.

With that being said, I don't believe MOI is scum. I believe runner "might be" scum for reasons I'll list later\tonight when I stop being lazy.

ATTENTION POTENTIAL DOC – DO NOT OUT YOURSELF!!!!

As it stands now we have 5 Town players alive and 1 Mafia.

My results narrow the field of the possible last Mafian to TOGTFO, SpacePope, Project and Jerako. One of those players should be lynched today.

Worst case scenario we go to Day 4 with 4 alive. I’ll have another result to bring forward (assuming I live) Day 4 which will mean the pool of lynchable players is down to 2. Proper play is to No Lynch and potentially get another investigation result.

TL: DR Summary

– Potential Doc should only out himself if run up at lynch or Day 5 if there is any ambiguity about your alignment.

Well, one thing to note is that Space Pope literally had to directly ask Jason if his counter claim really was scum.

I would say that Space Pope would merely be getting a reaction, but there's the fact that he

hasn't

retracted.

Also, I thought through the fact that Space claimed to have a guilty. If he "was" the real cop, I had believed that the mafia roleblocker might have just failed miserably.

In conclusion, if MOI is the real town detective, Space Pope is likely town. Here's why: yesterday, before the day ended, he had outed himself as the detective, and the next night, no one died. I think it's fair to reason that Space Pope was probably protected.

2) I came on last night trying to get a reaction when I said I got a guilty, continuing the "farce" for a bit since there is a doc and outting a possible cop wouldn't hurt town (2-3 confirmed players, the cop and the investigated)

3) Also, why would I counter my scum partner instead of letting him out the cop? And then go and target no one to kill? I know, I know WIFOM, but still....

Based on the results, I would say scum is TOGTFO or Jerako. Trying to outguess Jason, I would say he would give an innocent on Jerako to validate his claim a bit. That leaves TOGTFO (project is doubtful scum).

The reaction fishing was mainly for matt since he was active at the time. I wanted to see how he would react, but before I could un cc, Jason hammered himself. I EXPECTED Jason to vote me. I thought he was town. Hell, if he was scum I expected him to try and get me lynched, if only to save a NK.

My head just exploded. I was grumpy that I missed the lynch and then grump-ier that the game opened early *Shakes fist at mod* But now I'm just plain WTF. How does this NOT make Space Pope scum? I understand CCing your partner would JUST be silly but seriously AS TOWN WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT? Obviously we are in setup #1 but that means the scum knew there was a 50/50 chance there were NO PRs and he could claim PR and there would be none the wiser. I think they took a risk and it didn't work out for them.

You know what Spacepope, I was posting during my lunch and when I went back to work I thought about that. It doesn't make sense. I'm sorry. That would be pretty farfetched. Also good poitn about Jerako. I'm going to go back and reread some stuff real quick.

I could honestly care less who we lynch today. It seems evident that the best lynch today is between me and Jerako and since we are not in lylo yet, I dont mind being on the chopping block.

I would, however, love to hear from Jerako soon.

Based on my initial read of the game and how I felt about Zengar(who jerako replaced), And after reading the interactions between Jerako and Jason I feel like Jerako is my strongest suspect. I'm not going to vote quite yet because it would put him at L-1 and I'd really like him to respond to a couple things before we move ahead and possibly end up making a mistake.
I thought about the "innocent claim" that Jason made on Jerako and it actually makes sense. If it turned out we were in the setup with 7 vanilla townies then it would give Jason AND Jerako a clear for the rest of the game, if it turned out we had PRs then it does a nice little WIFOM distancing act between the two of them. In fact Jason brings it up again later in post #335

That's a fair point. I wanted a reaction from one or both of them to help me decide which one to vote for, is all. They both seem to have ignored me though, for the most part.

I would prefer a jason lynch. Mogri's flip would certainly be valuable, but I think it's slightly more likely that jason is the scum.
