I don't see how this is really relevant. I stated what I need to state already. In games I have played with Unicorns I have been NK'd Night 1. They apparently think it's funny...
@NS: Although I find some of RC's posts to be slightly ridiculous I think suggesting or stating you'd be happy with a policy lynch ESPECIALLY this early in the game is extremely scummy.

How well do you know RC around site? He tends to lean toward the arrogant side regardless of what the discussion is about, you seem to know this since you refer to it being the same whether he is town or maf, so how does it automatically make him maf? Also, are pro-town people not allowed to be leaders in the game? I am confused by how SURE you are that he is scum so early in the game. I mean;

that sounds PRETTY sure. I also think it's funny how SURE you are that he is anti-town but you are concerned about other people's negative reactions to the Alliance idea.
Regarding the alliance idea:

This line implies that we know you ARE pro-town. How would you feel about an alliance where we chose not to include you until we felt you were pro-town?
Also, I'd like to note that TWICE
ReaperCharlie wrote:Why so averse to the idea of an Alliance, NS? Whether that's because you weren't invited, or because you only ever remember me doing it as scum (HP mafia) I don't know, but Alliances are extremely pro-town, and there is a huge net benefit.
ReaperCharlie wrote:I realize how hard it is to trust me after Harry Potter, but hey. I was scum then and I was doing what it took. Now I'm doing what it takes again, just from the other side of the coin.
you refer to a previous game where you had an alliance and you were scum!
That being said I'm not entirely opposed to the idea. If you have a large enough group to start then you are guaranteed that any scum IN the group would have to end up doing anti-scum things. UNLESS, the person who is "in charge" of the alliance is misguiding everyone. Which means
There ARE no cons to this idea, only PROs. A lot of them.
Is not really true and the fact that you continue to say that kind of irritates me.
At this point I would be willing to consider it, just to see where it takes the discussion. I honestly just see it as sort of a "voting block". I can see how people would be blatantly against it, I think that's a pretty null tell at this point.
My other concern regarding anyone who would be a part of this insanity is that there couldn't be somebody just riding coat tails. I would expect everyone to give equal input, I could see it be easy for scum to jump on this little wagon and just ride along laughing at our potentially bad decisions.

You never came back and gave any insight as to why you didn't like Charlies post. You have asked questions that I feel are non-relevant and/or leading, and I don't like how your posts are 98% questions and 2% input.
